Wasn’t empressed at all by the way I got treated here. I felt an aura of discrimination coming from the cosmologist that cut my hair. She was very cold and acted like she wanted to rush through in order to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Also she was insistent that I get my hair style another way than I asked for. She also failed to offer me a hair wash and a run with the shoulder massage. At other locations I would be offered a hair wash without having to ask. She definitely had a tude. The salon was empty except one other client. Go figure. Well… don’t count on me being back. Or ANY Sport Clips for that matter. They either need to fire all their staff and REALLY step up their game. Or close their doors entirely.

Have been going there for years, this place has taken a bad turn! This company could care less about customer satisfaction otherwise I would of heard back from them when I contacted them directly.

I’ve been coming to this Sports Clip for a few years now, but it has recently taken a turn for the worse. I went in today for a free neck trim in between my regular cut and was told it would be around 20 minutes. No problem I thought. ½ hour to 45 minutes later two other guys who came in after myself were called up. WTF! They both signed in when they arrived and had no previous appointment. Then the lady who signed me in called another patron and I couldn’t help myself but to correct her into getting my hair trimmed next. She seemed confused and did apologize and proceeded to trim my hair. After this quick trim, she held the mirror to where I could t even see how my neck trim turned out. I told her I couldn’t see my neck and she turned me around and gave me the mirror??? Are you kidding me? Poor customer service and such a horrible experience!!! To top it all off, the trim was very crooked and uneven??? So I had to get it fixed elsewhere. Wow, is all I got to say. My understanding is that there are new owners/​management? Good luck, but you have lost a customer and I’m sure will lose many more if things keep up.

Veronica is gone. And she was the only stylist worth going to. She left for good reason. Owners of that store are horrible.

Stylists are mostly pretty good.
It’s the wait time they tell you that’s SO irritating. It’s happened either to me or I’ve seen other fall victim to it, multiple times.
Regardless of how many people are in line ahead of you it will be «20 minutes»!
Really, I showed up, 2 stylists busy cutting and i was 3^rd ‘in line’, yet only 20 minute wait i was told. 40 minutes later I’m getting cut.
I’d ask they be more realistic to their customers. I assure them a customer getting in early will be much happier than one sitting around another 20 minutes!!!
We all have schedules we need to keep.

I usually never write reviews but this place is just so bad I have to. EVERY time i come here I ask for an inch off and they shave my head, my hair was 3 inches long and I asked to take an inch off cause I like a long faux hawk, they made it less than an inch!(I went home took a shower and measured). This has happened with a lot of their «stylist» and it’s just such a piss off. NEVER GO HERE EVER!

Wow! So excited they are under new management! Rea has been cutting my hair for over nine years. She’s fantastic, so much so, that I follow her to every salon she’s been to! She has managed many salons and is great at cutting all types of hair. Yes, it’s a men’s salon, but I still go to her! If you’ve been there and had a bad experience, give them another try now that Rea is managing!

Just recently stopped in here. I like going to Sports Clips, and this is now the nearest location for me. I stopped in after work this last week and they were not busy at all. I was in and out quickly. I’m sure I’ll stop in here again in the future.

Just got my hair cut and STACY did a fantastic job! She was fun and polite and hey my hair looks great (even my wife and daughter agree)!
