Went to sketchers and bought a pair of shoes back on October, 2015 and I paid 75 dollars for them. The first time I wore them was on 1÷25÷2016 and when I wore them to work the button on the side of the shoe broke off and I didn’t think that would happen. When I called the sketchers outlet I was told that I had 45 days to bring them back but if I never wore them I wouldn’t have to take them back. I spoke to a young lady at the store and at the sketchers customer service and was told that all they could give me was 39.99 back even though they were still new and I had just worn them. Don’t purchase shoes there or buy any of their shoes because they don’t warranty their product. I didn’t want the money back all I wanted was another pair of shoes that wasn’t defective and for the money that I spent on them and not what they wanted to give me back. I was even able to give them the date that I purchased them and she told me that it didn’t make a difference. REALLY?
