Sears Optical

Everyone was very nice and helpful here. My only complaint would be the slowness of the service. I had to wait awhile to order the contacts I came in for, but that was probably due to the fact the one woman was pregnant. Overall, I was happy with the service, and will probably go back.

First let me start by saying I went there because of two reasons. First I live 5 minutes from here. Second they were covered by my insurance, which cover all but $ 30. of my husbands glasses a few months earlier from the same location.
The selection of frame was small but ok. I found a pair that I was ok with for $ 99 all of it covered by my insurance! I am blind in one eye so I only needed glass to be put in the one side. The girl who was helping me told us that Sears would not be willing to use the normal type of glasses matériel because I only had one working eye. What they would use was a shatter resistant matte rial that was more than double the price! The glasses cost me $ 136 the insurance picked up additional $ 220!
When I place the order I was told it would take 10 – 14 days. It has been 4 weeks! So I called today and the girl I spoke to took my name and number and said she would check and get back to me, this was at 9:30am. They never got back to me!
So if you can go somewhere else do so!
