this place is horrible they say they will deliver your food at a certain time and you never get it when they say you will they when you ask for a refund they want to give you a credit keep the damn $ 3.00 and ill never order from you again.

The place has really gone downhill over the years. They hire nothing but the halfway house women(the girls who are trying to get out of jail or prison whatever) and the food tastes awful now. The pizza is super greasy and the wait time is ridiculous. I’m surprised its still even open.

I have been ordering pizza and ribtips from this particular Rosati’s for quite a while. Tonight was the first time I spoke with this particular person who took my order. My daughter originally spoke with him and I was standing right next to her. He was extremely rude and tried to rush her off the phone and he was very difficult to understand. I finally took the phone from her because she was getting so frustrated. I wanted to make sure he got our order correct and he hung up on me. When the order came, guess what the rib tips I ordered were missing. I called them again to let them know and asked who took my order. The person said it was the owner. I told the caller how unhappy I was with the owner and how rude he was to both me and my daughter. The caller apologized and said other people have complained about him also. I will be telling everyone I know, run into on a day to day basis how bad this Rosati’s is and suggest they go elsewhere.

I rarely ever write reviews but I feel I must spread the word. I’ve been going to THIS Rosati’s for a long long time, about 20 years. They and other Rosatis have a box coupon program that if you collect 12 of them, you receive 50% off a pizza of your choice. The coupon reads, «50% OFF One Rosati’s Pizza of Your Choice When You Save 12 Coupons. Not valid with other offers. Pick up only. Must mention when ordering.» Which I think is a simple and awesome rewards program that other businesses should adopt. Let me go on record to say that I give the food 4 out of 5 stars but I am not pleased with their service or policies. Like I said, I’ve been going to THIS Rosati’s for about 20 years. I’ve accumulated quite a few of these coupons over the years and I don’t use them unless money is tight. They don’t have an expiration date on them so I was never in a rush to use them. I went to use some of my older coupons and when I gave the coupons to the woman working the register, she states that the coupons are not from this store. It took me by surprise because I know I got them from this store. I tried to explain that the coupons were definitely from this store and that they might be old but she did not agree with me. I proceeded to ask her to review my order history to show her just how long I have been going there but she would not. She tried to offer me 3 dollars off my 43 dollar order but I passed and said its ok, I know not to collect these coupons anymore since they are not accepted. My thoughts are that it is very likely the woman had not been there long enough to know what the older coupons look like and they probably have had different boxes over the years. Actually I know they have had different boxes. I can remember at least 4 different style box coupons. They probably have had a new owner, maybe different computer systems and different managers. I’m looking for reasons why they were quick to reject my coupons and explanation. I’m also aware that majority of Rosati’s are franchises and they operate with different coupons and policies. Understandably I would try to protect my business by not accepting coupons from other Rosati’s if that was my policy but there is no mention of that anywhere. This really upsets me because I have used these coupons my whole life at THIS Rosati’s without anyone ever giving me grief. Don’t put out coupons that you won’t honor or maybe make things clearer about your coupons so your customers don’t feel lied to. I guess I’ll conclude my review with saying I do not think this review is harsh because honoring coupons and giving discounts is part of keeping customers happy and this did not make me happy.

I had the worst experience at this place. Customer service is the poorest. How do they expect to stay in business with the way they treat their customers? I received our pizza order $ 38 and immediately I noticed pizza was cold as well as the mozzarella cheese sticks, which became rubbery. To top it off, the entire top of the pizza(cheese and toppings) was stuck to the top of the box. When I called there and spoke with their manager Sam, he was rude and obnoxious, and said he would not credit me for anything, and his only resolution was that he would have the driver come back to pick up my pizza. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to allow me to have his number. He was not willing to consider discounted the cold stuck to the box pizza and I would have at least expected that he be a decent person and attempt to keep a customer happy. I will never EVER do business with them again. I understand he has quite the reputation for being rude to customers. SCREWYOUSAM!!!

Always Friendly Owner, He is always patient, and I have worked at a Rosaiti’s before and They take pride in there sauce and I really like there Pizza, We have been going all around Aurora trying all pizza joints and there are some that I have missed but this one will always be my favorite, The Pizza GOOD always, THe owner Nice ALways.

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered in my 36 yrs on this planet. I was given a delivery time of 1hr 15min. It took 1hr 35min and I had a wife and kid waiting to eat dinner. We were staying at a hotel 5 min away. I called when it was 5 min late to get a status and the owner, the actual owner, said I don’t know where your order is I cannot get a hold of the driver but should be there soon. He was extremely rude and did not even care that the order was MIA. He says call me when the driver gets there and I will give you a discount or just send it back. 15 min later the driver arrives and instantly apologizes. I called and the owner answers and says I will give you $ 5 off. I laughed and said are you kidding me??? It was a $ 30 order. He says ok let me talk to the driver. I hand him the phone and he says give him $ 5, out of his pocket, and hangs up. WOW I have never encountered an owner like this before lol. I called back and said this is the kind of business you run and he says yes if you don’t like it send it back. I said your driver is offering to pay me more out of his pocket. He said I am not arguing if you don’t like it send it back. Haha he had already charged our card too. The driver apologizes again and says listen how much do you want back. He is blaming me even though he sent me in three different directions for deliveries. I told him no way I am not taking his money your boss is an idiot. I told the owner his driver was offering to pay me out of pocket because it was bs it took so long and he said I’m not arguing with you if you don’t want it send it back. I am completely shocked at this owners attitude. We like rosatis and the food was actually good(which the owner has nothing to do with). The fact that this place is carryout only and you get this kind of service is ridiculous!!! I still tipped the driver and quite honestly I wanted to go into the place and tear this owner a new one. Instead I will give them horrible reviews and email his bosses! It was clear to me this driver knew his boss was a complete incompetent moron that could careless about customer service! JUSTANAWFULBUSINESS!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My boyfriend and I decided to order their BBQ beef sandwich which came on an Italian beef bun completely dredged in BBQ to the point where you had to eat it with a fork so the bun wouldn’t fall apart. For myself, buffalo chicken sandwich which happened to be some sort of frozen chicken breast with veins and fat strands EW ! I was so upset I ended up calling to complain to their manager who wasn’t even there. The gal that answered the phone told me to call back tomorrow when he comes back. Wow pathetic ! I’ll never go back here … EVER

I’m not sure why this place is still open. They have bullet proof window to pick up your order and I’m not sure how much I trust the East Indian owner operator to make a pizza. I had a valid coupon that the owner took and told me wouldn’t work at his location but gave me a free 2 liter sprite. I could taste the spices of the orient on my pizza with a hint of curry and pieces of torn up Quran mixed in with the sausage. So if your looking for a good pizza this isn’t the place. If your looking for something to help rid your stomach of its contents, a pizza here is cheaper than Ipecac.
