Ordered the three lobster tacos for $ 12.99. The tacos were small, each one held 3 small/sliver of lobster… less than you would find in a claw. There was a small amount of sauce which was too spicy for lobster. The tacos were ordinary in every way… a level slightly higher than Taco Bell. Skip this dish.

We didn’t even stay long enough to eat our food, we had already ordered but told them to cancel our entire order so we could leave. We were there celebrating my mom’s birthday and the first thing we noticed was a hair in my wrapped silverware as well as spots on the silverware which are things I can ignore. What I could not ignore was the fact that it took 20 minutes for a martini and a mojito to come out, I’d just like to say it was not busy at this time as it was 4 pm before the dinner rush. The martini was ordered up(no ice) and had a huge ice cube in it. When we asked for it to be corrected, the waitress took it and returned in about 2 minutes stating it was«fixed» not that the bartender had made a new one. We knew it was the same because it also had an insane amount of olive juice in it to the point where the martini was cloudy. We didn’t order a dirty martini. Anyways, we were disappointed enough we decided not to spend our hard earned money here so we left.

Been to this location two times the last time I was here was on a Monday night. It wasn’t too busy. It was the crab festival. I have noticed that the prices went up by a couple of dollars on everything! The food still tastes average but what do you expect we live in Colorado where the closest ocean is over a 1000 miles away. Anyways I got the sea side shrimp trio and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the salmon with crab leg and it was pretty good as well. Overall it was average visit. Staff was friendly, food came out in a timely matter place was clean. The only thing is the prices were kinda steep.

Terrible seafood. Even when baked, this is awful.

Shrimp Fest requires at least one trip to Red Lobster. The service was exceptional — better than many high end restaurants I’ve been to in the past year. Our waitress on the first visit was Shannon, who refilled my shrimp and iced tea at least 10 occasions. My drink was never empty and she kept a smile on my face. It was a great experience. I have been back tonthe same Red Lobster eight times in the past three weeks. Each visit has had a different waitress, but an equally enjoyable experience. This is a complete 180 degree turn from previous Red Lobster experiences and I look forward to many return trips.

Hard to believe we embarked on 2 chain restaurants in one week but with Mother’s Day upon us and accommodating the family it was in order. As far as chain restaurants go, I simply have a place in my heart for this red lobster. They always do their best to treat you well and have great service every time we have been in. The food is the food. It’s certainly good for a chain restaurant but I will say they have changed their side salads in recent months and they are much worse than they used to be.

My first experience at Red Lobster was horrible. My boyfriend and I went for dinner and we were the only ones standing on the line… it took them about 20 minutes to get us a table when half the restaurant was empty. Also, there consumer service was unacceptable because our waiter kept ignoring us and talking to her peers about how horrible consumers were;it took us a long time to pay our bill since no one was there to take it so it was longer than what it took to get our food. The food was alright, pretty plain so it was expensive for the quality it has. Nonetheless, It was a disappointing experience. :(

It is good restaurant. It seems older than other locations but waiters are really friendly and helpful.

I think it’s more like 2 ½ stars, but I’m not willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The pros: Our server, Diana, was a gem. She took great care of us, made us laugh, and was attentive. We were served promptly, too, so that’s a pro. The cons: We were served promptly. How, may you ask, can this be a pro and a con? Well, when food comes out too quickly, it makes you think that it was prepared ahead of time and nuked. That’s kind of what I think happened here. My mom and I both ordered the ultimate platter, and the crab legs came out SUPER dry. They were like dehydrated dry. That’s not normal for something that should have just come out of a bath of boiling water or a steamer. That was not a good thing. Our server was quick to get them replaced and informed the manager about it, but all we were given was a weak apology and a come back some time. Yeah, you can wait for that to happen, but you’ll be disappointed. Another con: the place smelled like one too many drinks had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned up. Before today, it had been a long time since I’ve been to Red Lobster. Now I remember why and I won’t be quick to return.

This place was much busier than I expected it to be when I came on a Saturday @ 5PM. The interior was fancier than I expected it to be so I can imagine that this would be an OK date spot. I ordered take out which was ready for me in 20 – 30 minutes. They don’t let you order until you’re ready to pick it up in 20 – 30 minutes. What I didn’t like was how you have to pick up your order @ the bar area and wrestle a bit for a spot at the bar to get someone’s attention. It was also awkward because there were people enjoying their meals @ the bar and there I was squeezing in between seats to get a bartender’s attention so I could pick up my to go order. They should have an accessible to go window that doesn’t interfere with customers at the bar. I ordered coconut shrimp, cajun chicken fettucine and a side salad. The pasta tasted great but the chicken was on the dry side. The salad was standard & came with a variety of dressing options like thousand island and red wine vinaigrette. Every order comes with cheesy bread rolls which are served hot. The coconut shrimp were delicious and reminded me of the ones they serve @ the Rain Forest Café. I absolutely loved the coconut shaving coating on the outside and love how the shrimps are butterflied. It comes with a creamy pineapple sauce that I didn’t care for. The breading on the shrimp is already sweet so I didn’t like dipping it into a sauce that was even sweeter.

it was date night, my fiancé and I were fancy and we had a red lobster gift card so we thought what the heck. we requested a booth but were walked to a circular table in the middle of the restaurant… which was all they had because the large number of booths available were still covered in tarter sauce and crab leg residue… and immediately settled for the waiting area instead because this table was perfect for a large family going to lunch after church with grandma… not a couple on their Valentine’s Day date. After a little while we were seated in an awkward half table/half booth at the entrance of the kitchen. when our appetizers arrived via a girl who claimed bluntly that she«wasn’t a server», we still hadn’t received our silverware(eventually we were given silverware for ONE and ended up sharing). our waitress was never present, except for the few times she walked PAST our table with phrases about quitting among exasperated huffs. and then the night ended with us sitting in front of our dirty dishes forever until finally another not-server employee went to tell our waitress we needed a check. the shenanigans didn’t stop there though! my fiancé and I left for the rest of our date night but both ended up sick from our dinner before we even arrived anywhere. needless to say, we will probably never eat at this red lobster or any other one again.

I call this Red Lobster lite. The food is your average Red Lobster, not great but edible. You pretty much know what you are getting. This particular store consistently has a huge problem with the wait staff. I have already finished eating and I am still waiting for my 2nd glass of water. We waited almost 10 minutes for the waiter to appear The salads come before the drinks appear. The management needs to take care of business.

I only go to Red Lobster once every few years to get my fix, as I prefer to eat at non-chain restaurants. I was craving their Ultimate Feast, which has fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, a lobster tail and snow crab legs. At $ 26 the price has only gone up a few bucks since I worked here back in college. I got the Caesar salad and of course the cheddar bay biscuits. The food was excellent. It took about 15 minutes to get seated, but, Linda, my server gave me excellent service once seated. She was very friendly and efficient.

Good food and nice service with smile. I’ve been here couple times and I highly recommend it. Lobster plates and shrimp tenders are really yummy. Fresh lemonades and believe it or not, they have best breads.

Damn commercials got Red Lobster on my brain so I just had to go. Then I went there and I remember why I never go here. The food is always bland and tasteless.(besides their biscuits which are awesome!) Everyone there is over 60 and it just an awful experience as a whole. Seriously, go somewhere else and save a lot of loot.

Food needs improvement… I admire the servers and hostess taking good care of the people as they are in the restaurant, but the food is under seasoned. The fish almost has no salt or other seasonings that are claimed on the menu. My salmon was too dry without seasoning and very little sauce. Please work on this… I like coming to Red Lobster, and this location is better than most in Denver.

We decided to celebrate my birthday at this location. Best decision we ever made! We arrived in the middle of the dinner rush, but we were quickly seated. Carla, our waitress, was super nice and very energetic. She offered refills without having to be asked and apologized for the minor wait in between courses. The manager of the restaurant even came over during our meal to ask us how we were enjoying ourselves. Excellent customer service! The food was also amazing. We splurged and ordered the lobster-spinach dip as an appetizer. The plate was kind of expensive considering the small portion, but very delicious. We savored every bite! We ordered the ultimate feast and lobster linguine for our entrees and were impressed by how everything was cooked to perfection. Not a rubbery shellfish in sight! We opted to take the leftovers home and feasted on the trio sampler for dessert. By far the best brownie I’ve ever had! Plus, we just couldn’t go wrong with key lime pie and caramel cheesecake. We definitely had our fill! Overall, fantastic dining experience and worth every penny.
