I personally think this Office Depot is super overpriced but maybe that’s how much office supplies is now a days. I’ve used their print center to place a huge order for flyers that I was told was only going to take a day. It ended up taking three days. I had paid them to put a blank or different colored sheet in between each for each business I had a flyer for so I didn’t have to sort them myself and they said ok. Well, when I finally picked up my order, a lot of them were in order, but like from the businesses starting with R to Z Were completely jacked up. Weren’t in order. Some looked like the ink ran out and instead of printing more they just included them. Super unprofessional. I had called to see if they could sort them because there’s no way in heck during my 40+ hour week I would be able to and I needed to get said flyers out to businesses. Instead they asked if I still had the files on my stick drive which no I didn’t because they were taking up the whole space, so they could print new ones. Can you say LAZY, ugh

Every time I’m here the service is great. I like it because the prices are reasonable. I was greeted and the sales person helped me find everything I needed. There is never a long line at the checkout either. Keep up the good work!

When I walked through the door I was greeted in a manner by the manager, he asked if I needed help with anything I pointed to the print department, and said I needed help there, there were 2 women behind the counter. I walked up to look at the book to figure out what kind of paper I was going to use for my business cards. No one acknowledged I was there, the one woman was scrolling around on her phone, I asked«what is the turn around time for business cards?» Answered«Do you have a template?» Me «no» her«7 days» she turns her back to me and walks away… «me «and if I have a template?» Her«1 – 2 days». And the other women calls out«but only if they are one sided» and then they both engage in a personal conversation with another employee that is checking out. I would have LOVED even a little customer service, like someone actually telling me about the paper options, about what templates are easy and best to use, if your website has design tools, anything!!! Not just backs turned on me. From this alone I will not use Office Depot for my printing needs. And then we have the cashier… She also was scrolling around on her phone when I walked in. When I got in line to purchase a few things I was picking up for someone else, the customer in front of me was having problems with his credit card, and she was letting out the biggest sighs, and seemed sooo annoyed. He left and it was my turn, as soon as he walks away she starts scrolling on her phone with me standing there! She says«did you find what you were looking for». Me «not really» her«do you have a rewards card?» Me «no» her«total $ 15.17. Then hands me my bag. I asked who the manager was, she rolled her eyes and said«Zach»(I think) I was pretty angry at this point so I decided that I would probably make a scene if I want and talked to the manager right then but… REALLY??? She didn’t ask what I didn’t find, didn’t tell me about the rewards program, what the heck are you paying these people for!!! I was so excited to go out today and spend a bunch of money on printing and setting up my home office, which would have included office furniture and tons of supplies, but those RUDE women working lost them at least $ 1500 that I was planning on spending today and possibly any future money from me.

Here’s a little known secret, Office Depot has a mailing center right inside all of their stores. I go there when I’m trying to avoid the chaos of the post office. While the service here is great, I have to comment about their lack of supplies. You would think that an office supply store would maintain a working supply of products that compliment their services. I’ve been in on 2 different occasions to mail packages and they didn’t have the boxes/envelopes that I needed. Granted they didn’t have the USPS boxes, but if you’re going to offer all the services of USPS, then you should keep a healthy supply of shipping materials.

Very solid service and selection. I use this Office Depot as my office supply as almost all the products from paper to electronics can be found here. The star earns four stars as everything is done well except they could use another person or two on the sales floor to help customers. Take note of this as you have a good thing going, could be great. Nice job folks!

Awe-some! I came in at 8pm to make 9 billion copies for work(Super fun!) Needless to say, I wanted to get OUT of there and go home. I asked the assistant in the copy center(Petar) for some tips to get the best quality copy and he dropped the king of all golden nuggets of wisdom: Not only would it take way less time if they made the copies for me, I would also save like $ 20. Whaaat?! Thank you for helping me end my work day sooner!

Needed mailing envelopes and found the ones I needed and it was buy two get one free. Store was right next to Sprouts so very convenient. Store was very clean and organized with plenty of free parking. Checkout was quick and clerk was friendly and efficient.
