I am a regional manager for a retail store and have a store in this mall. I visit this mall often and three years ago I decided to visit the Mcdonalds across the parking lot instead of going down to the foodcourt simply because of SERVICE. I am in the mall today taking pictures of my son for his bday and decided to stop in for coffee. Needless to say … This small order of coffees was an actual disagreement with the GM! Ordered a coffee and a vanilla iced coffee. It’s so sad that he is in this leadership role yet needs a lot more customer service training! I can see why they struggle with service! If the leaders don’t care why should they. Called in my complaint… Now I know to not stop in even for beverages. Good luck to their business.
