McDonald’s

The last time I was here the place was a disaster.
The owner has definitely made positive changes.
They close the kids play area specifically to Clean it and signs on the doors cite expectations for local youth/​students who visit — Please Behave or yes, local police will be called.
Parking lot has been repaved. Staff seems much better trained.
(I didn’t use the restrooms.)
Vending machines like Redbox working.
Condiments area clean.
Good job, folks. It no longer resembles a homeless shelter…

this place brings lots of kids that enjoys so much in playing, specially afternoon, my kids favorite place to play, there’s 3 of them.
The food are not so good but my kids loves it so no complain, I usually order fries and cheese burgers. Chicken nuggets is my favorite also while waiting them.

This local neighborhood Mcdonald is good for bringing your kids to run around and burn all their energy. It can get full sometimes but the kids don’t seem to mind. The service is okay. Could be better but it’s McDonald’s people. They don’t sell world class food so I cant imagine world class service. Nevertheless cheap and a perfect place to let your kids run around for a while.
P.s the WiFi sucks.

I placed an order for 2 hamburger happy meals, which are $ 2.90 each. They upcharged me $ 0.29 each for apple juice, when apple juice is INCLUDED in the $ 2.90. The cashier said they could do nothing because the machine keeps ringing it up like that. I asked for manager. The manager was clearly NOT understanding the issue. She kept saying the happy meal is $ 2.99 and with tax that my total was correct. I told her the price is 2.90 and that apple juice is being upcharged, but she kept arguing with me that its in fact 2.99 not 2.90. I said 2.90, 2.99 same difference, and that I was NOT talking about the price of the meal but that I am being upcharged. She then said she would just give me 20 cents. Each apple juice was 0.29, which is almost 60 cents. She couldn’t do the math, nor could she get through her head that I was talking about the apple juice upcharge and not the 2.90, 2.99. Either way, I was right, because even on my receipt it says $ 2.90! I said forget it and paid anyways.
Then lady handing me my food gave me apple slices instead of yogurt…
These are the type of people they hire… Incompetent.

Super crowded parking lot and can you believe they don’t serve french fries at 10:30 am? At any rate, the hash browns were superb, even if my pants did get stained by the grease. I suppose that’s what I get for trying to eat and drive!

Drive thru aggravation.
I pulled up, asked for a spicy chicken with NO MAYO, add tomato.
After paying, I got the receipt and noticed the order was as requested.
I was charged 50 cents for the tomato but it was nowhere on my sandwich.
Want to know what was though? Tons of MAYO!
Perhaps my fault for even considering a McDonalds stop but, sometimes it seems like a good idea!

This is the LAZIEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I only wanted to come in because I had to return a Redbox DVD and get a drink. I came at 10:31pm and all the signs, in and out of the restaurant, said that the dining room closes at 11pm the day I was there. I tried to open the door and the lady inside just waved her hand «no» to me. I showed her my redbox DVDs and shouted through the glass that it says that they close at 11pm. She just walked away from me. I kept knocking only to ask her why they are closed when all their signs clearly said they shouldn’t be but they just ignored me, knowing I’m there. Obviously they were just cleaning up and closing early because they were too lazy to stay open for just the last 30 minutes on a Friday night. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful as a customer.

It’s clearly says dining room closes at 11pm. Got there at 10:31pm and they’re closed already. Knocked on the door, tried to get the workers’ attention, they saw me but kept ignoring me, acted like she didn’t see me. Lazies!!!

The girl at the register was nice but look at this filthy ketchup all over the front door and it’s dried on like it has been there for months. Aholes! Clean your fricking restaurant!
