So for the past couple years I have been struggling to find the right doctor for my vision care. Based on a recommendation of a coworker, I finally decided to head to JCP Optical. I found the whole staff very friendly and helpful. Even the optician was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. When my contacts didn’t feel right in my one eye, she took me back and examined the fit on the eye. That was a first, most places would tell you to «wear them for a week.»
At other places, I felt rushed but not here and even on a busy Saturday afternoon. One associate even went and crunched the numbers to get the best deal for me. I appreciate that, it wasn’t the push for the biggest purchase but rather to save the customer money. The one downside is the selection of frames. Okay, JCP doesn’t have the best or coolest designs, but if you’re looking for a simple look they have that covered.
