Can I give zero stars? I was told the wait was 20 minutes. It turned into 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then I get called to the counter. After another hour to set up a simple account I finally leave. Never to get that 2 hours and 20 minutes back. If I have to hear«it’s a new system» or «let me check» one more time… how many times do they need to check in the back?

This place is a joke. When my roommate and I walked in on Wednesday at around 3pm we were told the wait time was around 20 minutes. After we waited 1 hour and 48 minutes, you can imagine we were very annoyed once we got to the customer service counter. We of course, got a representative that was dumb as a box of rocks and snotty as all hell. She didn’t pay attention when spoken too, had to make several un-nessesary trips to the back of the store after leaving parts of my roommates phone. She refused to show my roommate some of her own personal information on the computer screen and when I tried asking if she could print anything for proof that her service was canceled, the representative snapped at me and said«I already explained all of this to her, I guess you weren’t listening!» This pissed me off so we immediately left the store. I have since made several attempts to contact the stores manager or owner and conveniently, no one is willing to call me back. If I could give negative stars I would. Their plans are cheep but the customer service and phone quality/service is the worst. Even if it is dirt cheep, you DONT get what you pay for.
