Cole Haan

This is a very nice Cole Haan outlet. Located in the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall, in Aurora Il, its near one of the parking areas. This location is a little smaller than the one in Woodbury Commons (NY), but its much better. The items are laid out nicely. They are organized. Nothing left lying around.
The music here is too loud, like at Woodbury, but you don’t have to scream here, so its an improvement.
Parking at this Outlet Mall is pretty easy actually.

I didn’t realize there was a Cole Haan at this outlet mall! Love Cole Haan but only had a so-​so experience here.
The selection of women’s footwear was pretty solid. Ton of loafers, flats, etc. and a lot of options with the Nike Air insoles. Since it’s an outlet, I’m sure the selection is constantly changing. I was hoping they’d have a plain pair of nude flats but there seriously just wasn’t. OK.
I ended up getting a beautiful pair of leopard print loafers. They were originally ~$ 190 but were 60% off. Can’t beat that!
My biggest complaint was the sales staff. Or should I say sales person. I get it’s a semi-​small store, but there was only one guy working the entire place. I was there on a weekend so it was pretty busy. He never offered assistance or even said hello. There were several other shoppers in the store so I’m not sure if he was totally occupied with them or what.
It’s an outlet so I don’t really hold this against them. Love Cole Haan shoes and the prices are cray.

Cole Haan just recently opened in the Chicago Premium Outlets. Unfortunately the mall hasn’t updated the maps yet, so it was a bit tricky to find. It’s located at 1011, which is somewhere in the vicinity of BCBG Max Azria.
Overall, it’s an awesome find. The staff are great– very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. The store is nicely set up with most of the women’s shoes right when you walk in, followed by bags and purses, and finally a decent sized men’s section. Matt was awesome and helped me find the perfect little black suede ballet shoe. The best part was that I was lucky enough to visit during a major sale and walked away feeling like I’d robbed the place (of course I didn’t, but seriously I felt that way with the 50% off price tag)!
If you’re a fan of Cole Haan shoes, you know that they deliver in terms of both style and comfort (especially with the ones with Nike Air technology). If you’ve never tried on a pair, go do it, you’ll never buy another brand again!
