Had a day off today and took a trip to the Aurora area… Decided I want fast food and Chickfila is my go to spot. Always get the spicy chicken sandwich, and always delicious.
Walked in, greeted by one of the most friendliest upbeat cashiers I’ve ever met… His name is Kiva! He is the epitome of a great employee and someone I would want as the face of any customer service business. Thanks for making this meal enjoyable, sir!
The restaurant was clean and super quiet, even so with a kids play area attached in the next room. Food comes out almost immediately, so if you want to change the term fast-​food to insanely fast-​food, you could safely do so with this place.
There’s also complimentary mouthwash in the bathrooms.

I have been to many CFAs and this place was hands down the best one ever! From walking in the door a worker held the door open for us. The girl who took our order was super sweet! Everyone was super sweet! I will definitely return!

I’ve been here for lunch/​dinner several times. I just tried their breakfast about 2 weeks ago.
My first taste was the chicken/​egg/​cheese biscuit. The biscuit was great. Soft, buttery… The chicken breast… if I could even call it that. I think one of those chicken nuggets made a way to my biscuit instead of that chicken breast you would expect. The chicken/​egg/​cheese biscuit was hard to understand. The combination of the three did not make for a tasty bite.
All in all, I hated it. I was let down but still optimistic. I tried CFA breakfast one more. This time, just the chicken biscuit. Better. The chicken was actually a breast and not a nugget. Biscuit was as delicious as I had remembered. This time… the chicken breast was immersed in salt. The tot hash browns. immersed in salt. The coffee… Un-​speakable. The most bitter excuse of a morning beverage. It was bad. Everything about it was bad.
Prior to tasting, I had no doubt in my mind that CFA breakfast would be delicious. Now that I’ve tasted it, I am certain that I did not enjoy it at all. I’m really disappointed. Maybe it’s this location? I am not ok with not enjoying a southern delicacy of a chicken biscuit. Maybe I’ll try one more. 3^rd time a charm?

Unfortunately I do not like CFA’s food except their waffle fries) but honestly I come to this specific location for the service. It’s a very friendly and clean environment. The employees always try to do more than they need to. Although people may say the smiles and work seem forced, I would have to disagree. These people do not get tipped off their service, so there is no reason for them to fake everything.
One thing I found cool was that they had dispensable mouthwash in the bathroom!
I also respect their decision to close on the Sabbath. 5 stars.

Luke makes the absolute most incredible no most phenomenal Root Beer shake ever!!! Pure perfection… This is high compliments seeing as my Daughter works there and her shakes are fantastic!!! Kudos to the Shake Mystro Luke!!!

My cousin first introduced me to this place when I was in Dallas. We were there for breakfast and I ordered the fried chicken biscuit. I thought it tasted great, although it was greasy. I think eating Chick-​fil-​a is ok in moderation.
The problem is that one is not enough! These chicken biscuits taste great but they are packed with calories.
I do really enjoy the hash browns as well and the smiling cashier that took my order. Very professional and great service.

5 stars for getting chick’n right Chik-​fil-​A!!! Meaty, lots of flavor, less bready, friendly service, fast, great value, and always a great location.
Their breakfast totally rocks! Get the spicy chicken biscuit, burrito, egg and chicken bagel, GET THEM ALL!!! Well, except their cinnamon clusters, it’s not my fave.
The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I always feel rushed when I ask for condiments. Otherwise all is good!

I’ve been to a few CFA, but this one is my fav. Maybe because we go here the most. The staff is always extremely friendly and the food is consistently superior.
The original chicken sandwich with extra pickles is my go to. It’s complete perfection. The chicken strips are great, and are a perfect fit with the CFA sauce. Their fries are waffle fries and I’ve never had anything less than hot and fresh.
Ditch the cheap fast food and pay a few more dollars for quality food with real ingredients.

This nice Jewish girl loves Chik-​Fil-​A :) I love the waffle fries. The cookies rock! I also love that I can get Diet Dr Pepper here.
The staff is very conscientious. They at least are acting like they care. They will bring your tray to you at the table and ask if you want a refill. They actually care about doing a good job. I’ve never had a problem at the drive thru or inside.
The thing that I don’t like is the way the staff is told to act. Sometimes I purposely say «Thank you» just so I can get a «My pleasure» back haha. It’s kind of Stepfordy and I know the smiles are fake. One day, someone will crack. But, I will enjoy their waffle fries until then.
If I had a family, I’d bring them here… which reminds me, they have a ball play area thing for the rugrats. It is well insulated so you don’t have to listen to the special little snowflakes screaming. They also have a guy in a cow suit every once in a while… and they have sundaes :)
I don’t mind that they close on their sabbath (though sabbath starts on Friday night and runs through sunset on Saturday if you read the Bible). Kosher restaurants also close for shabbat, so it’s not a new thing for me. I usually drive up to Skokie for kosher food on Sundays anyway so who cares? I respect that they are trying to foster a nice atmosphere though.

I have never been so disrespected by a restaurant in my entire life as I was at this place.
Wishing me a blessed day with a smile after purposely messing up my order is not acceptable.
It’s also not acceptable to question a customer’s sexual orientation.
I wish this place was closed every day of the week, not just Sundays.

I love chick fil a. I love to eat more chicken. This is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. Their chicken sandwiches are great both the regular and spicy. The great thing about chick fil a is that no matter which one you go to your good because their consistent. Their also great for breakfast.

Great place to enjoy a quick bite to eat. Love the inspirational music and clean environment. Alway super friendly staff.
