Excellent Customer Service! A rare thing to find these days. Thanks for installing my wheel locks that were lost by the tires place down the street.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sales floor looked like shit, employees resembled people that work on cars not customer service salesmen. Had an issue with pricing and the manager was absolutely no help at all. My company has always received a major discount shopping here and the manager refused to offer it. He proceeded to shout across the sales floor to the extremely overweight part timer and said «you hear this guy?!? He thinks he gets 50% off!?!» He then told me HE never gives anyone 50% off. So I said we dont get any discount? He gave me 2 dollars of the 30 I spent on 2 wiper blades back to me. Thanks dude… I’ll never be back besides to return these wiper blades that I’m «unsatisfied» with. I will spend my money at a location that appreciates me spending my money there. Somewhere like Napa. Thanks for the horrible experience I’ll be sure to make sure none of my customers come to you for car supplies. This store desperately needs a new manager. The guy that runs this shithole is a disgraceful slob.

I would highly recommend. Even though it’s a fairly small store right off Havana, the staff is top notch. Everytime I’ve gone in, I’m immediately greeted by a warm welcome. The guys are helpful and will give you an honest answer. I asked about my driver’s side wiper blade, and the guy I spoke to gave me an honest upfront answer. He and I went out to my Jeep and he had my run my wipers a few times. Took apart the wiper, put it back together, etc and said that he could get me to buy a new wiper, but he doubted that would work and said it probably wasn’t a permanent solution. I liked that. Yes, I’d go back for my auto needs.
