Referred here by an appliance parts store. Not only did they have these hard-to-find replacement bulbs for our built-in kitchen appliances — they had an employee named Philip who went above & beyond with his helpfulness. He even stopped our transaction to help a disabled person struggling to get the door open. We’ll be back!

Had a tragic incident with a broken screen on an iphone. I called and Michael told me to come right in and he would stay later to make the repair. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He repaired the device and found some valuable coupons for me. Great customer service.

My last few experiences have been wonderful and pleasant for me. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help me. Recently I need a very expensive battery replaced, so I thought. After a diagnostic test and a reset of the battery they brought it back to life. Free! They were so awesome and saved me money. I highly recommend them and this location.

My experiences at this location have been hit or miss over the years. The store is generally busy so it may be hard, at times, to get a clerk’s attention. I stopped in today and received great service from Richard. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my battery, presented a couple of options and gave some tips on how to prolong the life of the new battery. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. I will return to this store and hope that the service remains at this level.

One would think that a place called Batteries Plus would be able to install a battery correctly, but one would be wrong! My wife took one of our garage door openers to get a new battery but when she got home, found that it was still not working. After removing the battery, I found that it had been installed upside-down and appeared to be dead! We took the remote & battery back whereupon the clerk said«I won’t even charge you for the battery» seemingly forgetting that we had already paid for it! When asked about a discount or refund for having to make a 2nd trip, he offered a measly 10% off, citing his inability to do more w/o a manager present. My wife escorted me out of the store before I could tell him to call his manager. This was poor service from start to finish.
