Zaxby’s

Ezra got it SPOT ON! My Order was Correct & my Food Looked Great and Tasted Even Better. Z’s is doin’ it Right.

Good chicken and great fried spicy mushrooms. The Cajun Club is great, my wife gets it all the time. I prefer the Nibblers, they are amazing. The fried white cheddar cheese bites are amazing. They have great shakes too, but the change sometimes. They are always amazing though.

Food is usually pretty decent but sevice absoluty sucks nearly all the time. Few weeks ago ordered bonless wings but when got home found they gave me traditional wings. Other times they got the sauce wrong on them. But tonight was the pits, ordered a 20 piece strip and asked for that to come with 2 ranch & 2 zax, but she range it us as a 20 with 4 zax and 4 extra sauces, then she failed to enter the onion rings I asked for and to top it all off the total was $ 25.73 so gave her $ 31 so I’d get a $ 5 back and this just confused the poor girl… ugh

It’s Zaxby’s. It’s good. You can eat here and know what to expect. However, I HATE the Coke machine. Zaxby’s isn’t super «speedy» fast food. But if you dine in, your food may get cold while you wait to get a drink.
Get another fancy Coke machine, or go back to the old style. That is all.

This place needs to get their act together. My sister bought a salad here yesterday and they didn’t give her a fork. Today they are out of Blu Cheese and ask questions you’ve already answered when you placed your order because they aren’t listening. They’re too busy giggling in the background which could explain the lack of attention. I’m glad that they enjoy their job but get it together people. I’m also unsatisfied with the fact that I could only get a 20oz size shake. I really wanted to taste their birthday shake but was unable to due to the fact that they didn’t have a more reasonable size available. I love Zax chicken and salads but the service wasn’t there today.

When I moved here I kept hearing about Zaxby’s and thought «man I’ll have to try it!» What a disappointment. This is the same as eating frozen chicken tenders loaded with salt. Actually, come to think of it, I enjoy Tyson’s frozen chicken tenders better than these. They were terrible! I actually pushed them aside and warmed up left overs — I NEVER push food aside. Don’t waste your money — pick up Cheddar’s chicken tenders to go. They are reasonably priced (around $ 7) and 1,000 times better!

I love Zaxby’s, and when this particular location opened up when I was in high school, I was ecstatic haha. Their chicken is amazing — I guess it’s fried chicken but the skin is not flaky like you see with traditional fried chicken like at KFC or something. The Zaxby’s sauce that comes with their chicken is so amazing. I think it’s like some blend of Thousand Island with other spices. Anyway they charge you an extra quarter per sauce packet, so use sparingly :)
I always get the Big Zax Snax combo, which gives you a few chicken tenders along with fries topped with awesome Ol’ Bay seasoning, and they always give you a piece of buttered toast. Mm, mm. And they always give you a cup that’s stashed full of ice, which is amusing, but you can always dump out extra ice. You serve your own drinks at the fountain.
Love love love Zaxby’s, and I wish they had these in the North. :(
