Food here is Ok. If you want a quick wing fix. Its at a busy area so be aware of that… traffic is horrible. The Kickin Chicken sandwich is good… spiced up just right.

Poorly presented and no food. Got a number six boneless wing combo which costs $ 6.47. The wings were the size of my thumb and the whole box had fries not so eloquently thrown in. Not worth your money! Go somewhere where you get what you pay for. I am beyond ticked off at the service and product I received. based off the amount that you are paying, might as well go to Bojangles.

They were busy when we arrived. Dining room needed to be cleaned. After we notified them that there were no clean tables, someone was sent out to clean the tables. At that point, they were no longer so busy. Still, 15 minutes later, only two half hearted attempts were made. Still a dirty dining room when we left.
The men’s room needed attention. I had trouble getting hand soap from the dispenser.
My food was good. All was at it should be, but my wife’s chips were soggy, half cooked, and sticking together. Come on, Zaxby’s, shake the basket after a minute and let them cook completely. We don’t mind waiting those two minutes you «saved».

Great food at this location. Dining room is always clean but it’s usually very cold inside so bring a heavy coat! They also have one of those drink selection machines where you can select any one of 10 million drink flavor combinations. Unfortunately the drink out of these machines tastes like shit so –1 stars for that.

Repeat… Had to come back a week later for chicken fingers again! And a little banana pudding shake for dessert (had to split it with my better half since I am a little under the weather.)

Love Zaxbys, and luckily this one is only a mile from my place! I’ve only been through the drive thru at this one, and from my experience, they are very slow. I can be the first one in the drive thru and still wait what seems an eternity, but it’s still Zaxbys so I guess it’s worth the wait :)

Brand spanking new Zaxby’s on Wheeler Road. This location is very convenient for me. My first experience was just ok. I’d just walked in and there was a trail of trash juice on the floor. I ordered my food and waited for about 10 mins. and it was still there. The disturbing thing is there were tons of staff all around. I mean everywhere you looked there was someone in Zaxby’s uniform. Trash juice was there when I left, but I got my order and bounced. Other drawback for any business in this area of Wheeler road is exiting. Exiting the parking lot is kind of difficult. Good thing they have that awesome brownie… :)
