Love this place. Classy margarita set up. Food, prices, and atmosphere fit for a queen. And Preston is the best server I ever had. Thanx for a pleasant evening.

I find it weird that this place has a low rating. It’s a sports bar that serves wings! Just like when you go to the movies, judge a restaurant based on what it said it would deliver. If you go in to see «Furious 7» and are so disappointed that it is not some indie, art house piece, that you give it a rotten review, you are wrong. It told you it would be cars, girls, and crazy action. Similarly, if you are looking for white tablecloth service at BWW, you are in the wrong place. Now granted, there might be people who have had bad-​ish experiences, but overall, if you are looking for a sports bar where you can just kick back and watch [insert sporting event of choice] while devouring tiny chicken parts (with bleu cheese, never ranch) and hydrating with a big selection of beers, BWW is most likely your best bet.

I see all the negative reviews and I think they’re trying to do better. The cheese plate appetizer was huge and we actually almost got full after just eating that. The waitress suggested I taste the different sauces before I decide if it was my first time. I appreciate that because I almost had a bad day with what I originally ordered. She stayed on top of the drinks. She suggested a special that we didn’t see that turned out to be perfect for our needs when she could have kept quiet and charged us full price. The manager came out and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. So, this place is on my top list.

Kiddos wanted to go to BWW for dinner after their school talent show (Saturday 9^th Jan 2016). Car park looked pretty busy so I go in to put our name down. The man that was the hostess last time appeared to be not doing it this time (Shame he was spot on) but I was greeted (well sort of) by two ladies which one of them was slouched over the hostess table/​plinth (not sure what you call that), the other was standing. Said they couldn’t seat us for 30 minutes. Two booths empty needed cleaning (same old) — pointed out that there were two available. No one else was in front of us. Waited and was seated. We had a waiter, ordered our food. Food was usual. I had picked the hottest dry rub chicken wings. Waited a little while — food arrives. My wife asks for some silverware and he disappears. My chicken wasn’t very hot at all spice wise. The three of us had nearly finished our meal when the waiter remembers he hadn’t brought silverware. He goes off and gets that for my wife !!
This place is what it is. I don’t think it will ever change — sloppy can’t be bothered kind of service place. Great for sports and a beer.

Out of the numerous times that I have gone here, the service has been bad but the food, good. The waitresses and waiters are very informal and do not provide quality service. However, the food has always meant my needs and also my friends’. So instead of one star, I gave this place two. If the quality of service is not that big of a deal for you, then you should be fine. As long as the food doesn’t disappoint right?

Great place for a late lunch. Wings and service was great. Took the wife and son. Wife very picky when it comes to service… her comment was good service and great Appetizeer. I was happy with place.

Good wings. That is all you need to know, right? I’m a dry rub person, so I go for the lemon pepper and Chipotle.
Always get good service. They have different happy hour specials and Tues is cheap wing night. I like their street tacos for an appetizer and I like the outdoor patio, but sometimes they will enclose it so may be smokey. Plenty of tvs with good sound. Expect sports and fans, and the spirited crowd on game nights.
I also really like they do alot of 10% of sales to community groups. I’m getting their «yellow» tickets all the time for this that and another church or medical fundraiser. So happy they give back.

Had the Buffalito tacos with Jamaican sauce. The service was great. Our server Brandon very nice. Overall best experience here yet

Good food. I had the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and fries. Not to spicy and very tasty. Our waiter Brandon was friendly and a great server. Overall good experience.

As much as you could expect from any Buffalo Wild Wings; meaning slow service decent food and loud. Good place to stop for game night though, they have enough TVs to cover every event from any angle and a good selection of beers. Don’t expect to get good food or fast refills unless you’re at the bar though. For me, I just order carryout wings and go home, the rest of the food isn’t great and sometime even the service for carryout is pretty bad.

Mixed feelings. The fries are only good at lunch time super crispy and fresh. Not sure why but the fries anytime after lunch time are terrible — they feel like you are eating reheated old fries from lunch (which is probably what you are eating). Also think their fries are overpriced.
Like all the TVs with a variety of games on.
Servers are a mixed bag. Some are good others are inattentive and still other you feel like they are trying to get you to order more so their tip will get bigger — strange feeling.

Great food, drinks, service and atmosphere. If you like sports and good food and drink this is the place.

Food was okay. Too noisy for my taste and there was a really loud group of people but that’s to be expected in. A sports bar. I would come back though. Our server was nice.

Great service and atmosphere. But at the end of the day, this place still serves unhealthy, fried chicken at ridiculously bloated prices. They basically roll around their fried chicken in a bowl of overly-​salted sauces and then charge an additional $ 5.

Going home hungry. Came early for lunch, around 11 am — very few customers in the restaurant. We had two servers, for a party of 9. I placed my food order with my drink order. Not sure what happened, but my drink came about 10 minutes after avert one else’s, and my food never came out. Bad luck for me I guess. But not very impressive service. Everyone else seemed to like the food though. That’s why I gave them a star.

They are very consistent. If you come here you know what you’re going to get. Also, it’s my daughters favorite, so we come here often.

Just ate here with some friends for wings and drinks. After being disappointed with this place before, I decided to give it a try again. Let’s just say I was reminded of why I haven’t returned in a while.
First off, the hostess was rude to us when we asked for seating. Then seated us at a table more suitable for 2 – 3 people, not 4, so not much room to eat. Also, I understand the place can get busy at times, but it was hard to get our waitress’ attention at times to get things we ordered. All the food we did order was «okay» but the spinach dip came out cold, which they just threw back in the microwave, and my boneless buffalo wings tasted old.

All i can say is wow. It’s still that bad. Had a gift certificate i needed to use is why i came back. Horrible service period. Had to ask people who work here to move out from the front door because they were smoking right at the entrance. workers just not doing their jobs and supposedly the regional manager is here? Sat at the bar and got drinks right away but then it was like pulling teeth to get an order of food in. The food came out at a reasonable speed but man the meat on the burger was flavorless which believe it or not is a good thing because the meat was so over cooked it was dry. just not much good to say

Great, fast service. Ordered the roasted garlic mushrooms (appetizer). What a treat for the palate! The temperature was just right for enjoying the outside patio, with an inclusive full bar. The entire staff from point of entry until my departure, maintained a standard of excellence.

It’s wings, beer and football not very difficult to pull off. The only thing a place like this has to be concerned about is the service. On football Sunday it looks like every employee is working.
