Doesn’t return phone calls. that’s a sure sign of what to expect.

I have used Voltz Electrical Services at my personal home and they have done several projects for my company. They really are quality on time everytime! I would recommend them to any of my friends, family and neighbors.

Go somewhere else!!! Poor customer service!!! Yelled at over the phone after calling in to find out where the electrician was (after no show)!!
We were stood up for residential electrical installation appointment, then told there was a miscommunication and the electrician was on another job. This after a long discussion with Mr. Richard Smith (not sure if that’s his real name), who answers the phone for Voltz Electrical Services, Augusta, when setting up the appointment and his explanation of why the electrician will arrive within a particular window of time. When I called after that window expired, I was given the miscommunication excuse and to expect the electrician within another two hours or so. I was very surprised and disappointed to hear this and mentioned that I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Then «Mr. Smith» blew up on me by yelling back, «Hey, do you want our service or not!!» — at which point I felt I was being given an ultimatum. This of coarse set me off to find another electrician in the area. Unfortunately, this means I’ve unnecessarily taken 3 hours off work that will need to be made up at a later time.
The good news is, the other electrician company I called was able to setup a same day appointment for later
