U-​Haul is one of those places where you want to do a local and quick move as for long distance I have had problems with the trucks so I only use them local. The manager Sharon has been here for a long time and she knows my face when i walk in the door and will make sure you get what you really need here. They have Ford F-​150 pick ups for $ 19.99 a day and the mileage price varies during the week so they will explain that to you when you come. If local do a cash transaction and a deposit is only $ 100.00 so when you finish for the day you cashback instead of holding up your credit/​debit cards.

Uhaul told us we were eligible for a military discount when we scheduled the Uboxes, all we had to do was go to the store and show them our military ID’s. When we arrived at the store, none of the employees had a clue about the discount. I called the Uhaul customer service number who routed me to the less than helpful General Manager, she said she knew nothing about the discount. Then I called the Regional Manager who said theyd have to call their Headquarters in Arizona for guidance. 3 hours later we received the discount which amount to $ 6.00 and wasnt worth the trouble I went to. Dont bother renting anything from Uhaul, they lie and will say whatever it takes to get you in the door. The corporation is a total joke.
