I have been to this pizza place several times. And each time I was amazed by a female employee’s Cold customer service. She appears to be a supervisor or a boss, mid-​40 or 50, scared face. She never smiled and she doesn’t want to be bothered by questions from customers (from her facial expressions). Pizza is okay/​average, but I will never be back. Plenty of pizza stores with smiles in Augusta.

Horrible customer service by the manager tonight. He spoke to the young (high school) workers like they were dogs right in front of me! I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior by a «supervisor» in any restaurant in front of customers. The pizza was cold and the order was wrong. I will never return to this store BC of the managers behavior. I can understand the order being wrong from time to time but to act the way he did was wrong. Such an angry little man!!!

Popped in for a pizza for lunch. Small Ham and Pineapple. So it took a long time for the guy to tell me their best price on that. Papa Johns has so many promotions its just crazy.
The guy was very polite and helpful. The pizza was good but the crust was a little too crispy for my liking not sure if they turned the oven up to get it out quick because I was sitting there waiting. It was OK but it wasn’t excellent pizza which I was hoping for. Put it this way, I have had better pizza from a Papa Johns.
