Convenient place to get your nails done if you live in Augusta and Martinez Area. I don’t get my nails done all that often but tonight is my niece’s prom and graduation ceremony from middle school to high school! Very proud of her!
Anyways! So her mom got a classic pedicure reasonable price of $ 20.00. But listed on the wall as $ 10.00 I got classic manicure for $ 20.00 but listed as $ 10.00 (wall chart needed to be updated) and my niece had classic manicure, with tips added: $ 31.00 and classic pedicure. A bit steep! But worth it!
Definitely enjoyed the girls day out!
4 stars given because besides Ms. Lisa nobody speaks english! I don’t understand why the employees at nail grooming places don’t speak the language after being in business for x number of years.
And isn’t it about time they gave out a list of services with some details on it?
Also it was hot outside like 90 degrees Fahrenheit, but then it was warmer inside. I did mention it to the older lady who was doing my nails, but she kept smiling and said something in her language. (I wish I knew what language they speak, would love to learn a new language but didn’t ask as too scared to sound racist)
Anyways.Back to the story. Finally, somebody spoke up to Ms. Lisa and she called another lady who after an hour came and not only had a pedicure done but called HQ to fix the cooling system.
While waiting on my niece, I noticed Mr. Charlie (a chap who works there) bringing 20X20 filters.
Other services they provide included getting eyebrows waxed and shaped. Though I never get that done, scared of being burned!
Helen Nails is super clean, so if you are an OCD for cleanliness. This is a place to come!
Everyone needs to be pampered once in a while so come on and support your Mom and Pop businesses.

I’m here from out of town and loved it! Clean, cute shop. Lisa was my tech today. Very nice job and I only had to tell her what I wanted once. :) A gentleman finished off my gel manicure with an awesome, firm massage. (The best part of a manicure in my opinion)

finally a decent nail place in the augusta area… they were so clean and did a great job and really nice, unlike some of the other nail places in the area… i just wish someone would use Essie products down here
