Old Navy

Decent store… not always well organized but you can find great deals. Customer service is pretty good.

I’ve been to a lot of Old Navy’s and this one has to be the sloppiest store I have ever seen. A lot of the displays looked miss managed. The fitting room was a hot mess with clothes all over the counter as soon as you walk in. The clothes on the floor was barely organized. Old Navy needs to seriously give this store a new look. The saying you get what you pay for. Probably need to pay their employees a little extra to keep things tidy.

I come here for cheap jeans and t-​shirts when I’m in between sizes. The prices are cheap enough I don’t mind if I lose something to the dryer monsters or get it really dirty or torn from the dog park.
You can find some good deals if you’re really really tiny or morbidly obese. I walked out of here with 3 tops and a hoodie for $ 22. Unbelievable!

This is a nice, well stocked, and clean store. There is a good sale going on now. The cashier knew her job well and what was going on with the sales and a the bonus bucks. It was a great experience compared to other retail stores.

Way too long waiting to checkout during weekend before holiday. 20 – 30 min wait befor checking out. Not all registers were open. Prices were good, however, many items were strewn untidy around shelves and racks.

This place is a mess. It looked like a childs bedroom. Unfolded clothes just thrown everywhere. I have never seen any clothing department this unkept. The other big issue is the checkouts. The manager did end up coming out and opening another register but i don’t understand how registers can be run so slowly. I know their prices are reasonable but its just a poorly run store.

Worst old navy I’ve ever been to. You see me standing in line for 10 minutes and you take the person in front of me and THEN tell me where the line is & take people who were in line behind me!!! Make sense.
I just walked out.

I am a fan of Old Navy’s clothing. They have trendy clothes and wardrobe staples at a more affordable price than their other brands. They have clothing options for the whole family. There are two things that bother me about them though. Due to the reasonable prices and the never ending sales, this store always looks like it has been raided by looters and robbers. I never see employees trying to tidy the place up or I never see employees available for questions and concerns about the products in the store. The lines are always hectic and almost impossible to conquer. Because of this I like to shop on their website. It’s much easier for me to shop in the comforts of my own home than at the store. That’s where my second problem comes in. It takes awhile for you to receive your items from them online. One time I ordered from them it took more than two weeks to get my package and that’s with me calling and inquiring about the order a few times. That’s unexceptable to me because isn’t that the reason you are paying shipping and handling so you can get your order in a timely fashion. Other than that I’m pretty pleased with their items. I also love that they have a tall section for women. Sometimes it’s hard to find clothes that are equipped to handle an Amazon figure. In addition, the company offers a variety of accessories, such as shoes and slippers, bags, jewelry, tights, sunglasses, scarves, belts and towels. So I say if you are willing to pick through piles of clothes and wait in line for great deals, BE MY GUEST!!!

It’s an Old Navy… this one is really big and located in a good plaza. ON always has a ton of sales. Clothes are so cheap on sale, definitely can snag items under $ 20 for sure. Sizes are kind of hit or miss. Sometimes the sizes run really large, so if you’re super petite, this may not be the place for you.

If you’ve ever been to an Old Navy, you already know about the merchandise. This particular ON has friendly service but horrible, awful, scarily dirty dressing rooms. Do those things never get swept? I was nearly mauled by a herd of monster dust bunnies.
