Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We’ve given this location three chances and every time we’ve been disappointed. The staff often seems frustrated and overwhelmed. Each Time we’ve ordered the ‘founders favorites’ they have never got it right. This time it was just ice cream, chocolate sauce and walnuts… the ingredients are listed on the wall so it’s hard to figure out why the consistent inability to make it. Despite the staff seeming flustered and rushing the line moves incredibly slow, plan a 30 minute wait from walking in the doors to walking out.
The shoppe it’s self is clean and their soda and cakes are well stocked.
They need to improve their staff training and knowledge. As well as the flow of customers. Three poor experiences are enough, we will not be returning.

Mom treated me to icecrem to day. It was Great! Got to have it! Watermelon, lemon, orange, sorbet. And as usual, slightly crowded on a hot and humid day, but the line moved quickly. I love the fact that they are always send you coupons in the mail and that all three sizes are the same price.
The only problem I have is that the workers do not wear gloves while making /​preparing the ice cream So I always watch them very carefully to make sure they do not touch any edible part of my ice cream.

This is the best Cold Stone I’ve ever been to! Mainly because their ice cream bowl creations all cost the same. That is, the small & medium cost the same as the large so you get a lot. The workers have always been nice over the 3 years I’ve been coming here.

I was very disappointed the last time I went and even though I really do enjoy the ice cream – I have made a conscious decision not to return. 1stly the line was long, which was fine I made sure to make my place in line and wait patiently for ice cream – Ice cream for me has become a delicacy since I’ve lost weight. I ask for something simple like a like it or whatever they do to validate whatever they think is small and the wait ensues. And then the person besides me gets taken care of and then the next person after that and then when they finally realize I’m waiting there they go to mash up my ice cream and realize it’s melted. They say they’ll throw it away and get another scoop and this girl goes back to her regular program and handles the next customer. And not to sound cliché but I work for customer service and time is of a value and patience is a virtue so I spoke my displeasure to the manager who couldn’t care less and I left. Petty talk about food where I add in customer service experience to make waiting for ice cream that never came the biggest complaint ever lol not that big of a deal. But boo you cold stone. And y’all’s cones are stale. *drops mic*

OMGosh!!! This is the best ice cream, yogurt, spot in Augusta! I wish the spot was larger, but overall it’s great! Great staff, you can get samples and all the sizes are the same price! I was able to us my coupon’s (got to get the deal)! My entire family loves this place. The parking is limited and seating is even worse! But we can deal with it for the great desserts! They even have cakes!

Came here to satisfy my dessert craving one night and got the dark chocolate flavored ice-​cream with a Butterfinger mix-​in. Yum! We probably waited about 10 minutes to get our ice cream because there were a few people ahead of us. Good thing we arrived at the time that we did because all of the sudden, this huge crowd formed right behind us.
It can get loud because there are a bunch of kids there (even some of the adults in line can get loud… weird), but the employees seemed decent. They do offer a military discount so be sure to flash your ID card. Fortunately the cashier already «knew» that we were both military (people in Augusta can surely tell the military and civilians apart) but he politely asked to see our ID.

The best ice cream i have had.
I feel light after i have hsd from here.
High recommend.
The icecream mixes are excellent and very tasty.
The place itself us small. But u can have a takeaway.

Really enjoyed an ice cream snack here. Service was great, the ice cream was awesome and the prices are reasonable.

Wow, there must be new management, because this last time I hit up Coldstone, there were actually enough employees to handle all the customers (in the past, there’d be one, maybe two), all new and actually friendly. The Pine Sol smell is gone. So bump you up another star.

I love coldstone, my favorite is Birthday Cake Remix. Great location, small but nice size shop. On the one occasion I ordered an icecream cake (birthday) the employee helping me was very patient and nice. They recently stopped giving military discounts, which is understandable since a 50% discount is ALOT. But as a military member myself it would be really nice to have maybe a 15% discount. Great place though

Im not a big fan of Coldstone’s ice cream. (I think Marble slab tastes a lot better) What keeps Coldstone in my treat rotation is the fair pricing. (All sizes and any fixings are $ 4.99). Throw in the fact that they give half price discounts to military and I think the price point meets product quality. Not a bad option if you are looking for a sweet tooth fix… just know that you wont likely be blown away and you’ll probably be waiting in line a bit to be served. Hey, more time to mull over their seemingly endless combinations of ice cream flavors and fixings.

Many people swear by this place, I don’t!!! The place is super small, hot and cramped. And the ice cream is not good at all. The employees were rude too, but I would be rude too if I had to work under these conditions too.
