I decided to start training at Body By Wally when I saw the owner/trainer training other clients, He was totally concentrated and focus while he was training these people. Wally is an outstanding personal trainer. He takes time to explain how to perform each exercise more effectively without compromising the form. He is passionate and 100% dedicated about his job! He is always pushing me to work harder, but in a safer manner to avoid injuries. He is very knowledgeable and helps me a lot when I have questions about exercise or nutrition. I started training with him 18 months ago, and is one of the best decisions I ever made! My physique changed rapidity, and I love the way I feel and look! I am very proud to be a «role model» for women my age or younger. I keep telling them that is never too late to start training! I am almost 64 years old, exercised since the 1990’s and I never saw the results as I see now. I didn’t believe a 63 years old woman can change her physique that good, specially, my arms, shoulders and back. He also trained me to be a stronger and faster runner improving my time by 11 minutes in a half marathon(I started running at age 60!)

We had just got back from a 14 night cruise to the caribbean and I was sporting an extra 10 pounds… tried to do a personal trainer at EFC and my wife never wanted to go back to the gym. You see, we are older than 55 and do not work out like we should, however we realize that fitness and«core» strength is important if we are going to stay agile for more travel. I happen to come across Wally when looking for another place to train. Most of this is to get my wife motivated… she does not want some buffed guy standing around doing nothing while she is trying to do planks and push-ups, when she has never done them before. We are in our 4th week and my wife actually gets up and goes to see Wally because she feels better. My wife has arthritis and has to have some exercises modified… not a problem with Wally, he constantly asks how she is doing and changes things to accommodate her. I too have noticed a remarable difference in my legs, back and arms. I am trying to concentrate on VO2… increasing my stamina so that I do not get tired and out of breath when doing tasks. This has been a wonderful experience and could not have asked for a better trainer! Do what we did, we went and just talked to Wally about his program, how he handles different conditions… his overall philosophy about exercise, which he has been doing for the last 40 years. He will also discuss nutrition, which is a very important part of exercise and weight loss. I have to run now… I need to eat my banana and natural peanut butter for an energy snack/boost.
