I’ve been seen here a few times now. They have very empathetic and helpful staff. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because it took several months to get to see a Psychiatrist to start working on medications.
They do have several classes that are walk-​in only so there’s no pressure. The clinician I see is extremely nice and gentle. She lets me talk or she talks if I’m not feeling like sharing anything that day. You can make weekly appointments or however often you want or need. They do offer a Crisis Hotline if you ever have an emergency.
In all I love this place. They help you learn to cope with your mental health issues without just constantly shoving medications down your throat.
