I stopped in here today to pick up a sprinkler for my three year old. Yes, I know, I should have done this a month ago. Needless to say, i was unable to find one amongst what remained of the summer items.
I made the mistake of asking the lady at the customer service, or lack of it, for help. Telling me that whatever you have left is in the section I just came from is not much help. Getting your lazy butt out from behind the counter, or paging someone, to come take a look is much more helpful.
I took my business elsewhere, and found what I was looking for, and will remember this the next time.

I love this Toys R Us!
I’ve been coming here since I was 5 years old. The building still looks the same as it was back then. They always have what I’m looking for, especially when I’m looking for a new game, system or toy. However you may have to call in to see if they have it in stock before heading down. The chances of you getting what you want is pretty high.
This place is conveniently located on route 12 and off of the Mass Pike, I-​290 and route 20. There’s plenty of parking here and the lines to pay are not as crazy as other Toys R Us in Massachusetts.
