It’s a Starbucks. This means you will pay way too much for your drink. Otherwise they do a great job of keeping the line moving and getting the orders fulfilled.

Nice location, complete with a large patio with many tables overlooking a large asphalt parking lot. Indoor seating along conference table, and several two-seaters. Lunchtime gets crowded on weekdays. Service mediocre. «Would you like a refill on that, sir.» «Yes, please, that would be nice.» … «Okay, sir, that’ll be $ 3.15.» Huh? Good thing she credited me with the reused-cup discount of a dime. Damn!

This Starbucks is located on the left side of Auburn Town Center next to First Northern Bank, across from CVS. Very spacious with lots of seating as there’s lots of tables both outside and inside. There’s even large tables for groups. Barista assisting me was polite and friendly. Tried the caramel flan latte. Drink was ok but not watery so that was good. My BF said his house coffee tasted a little stale & burnt tho. Bathroom code: 243

Its Starbucks so it is what it is. Staff and coffee mediocre, no real personality to either and as someone else said very claustrophobic inside. But its warm, wet and you know what to expect for your money.

Came here before hitting the road back to Santa Cruz(the boyfriend and I was visiting for a few days) and first impression was a quiet and very nice Starbucks. As I sit down to wait, I realize this is where weird/loud/boisterous people hang out. I was sitting by myself and a man walks in, looks at me, scoffs, and walks over to order… Then proceeds to joke around with the baristas. Two others came in just as loud and jokey. I also realized that the older couple who walked in after us(who talked for five minutes with Rusty before ordering) got their orders before us. I don’t ask for much, but that is literally a pet peeve of mine! I frequent Starbucks a LOT(there’s even one in my work) and was totally unimpressed. Yeah we aren’t everyday regulars but respect is a necessary skill to have in customer service. Ergh.

What a sweet lady! Every employee had a smile on their face and made me feel welcomed. I was having a tired morning and was having trouble speaking(it was one of those mornings) and the cashier had very great patients. I’ll be back

Not the most friendly starbucks girls in town! Would much rather go to Bell Road Starbucks or Lincoln Way… They just always seem snooty

Sigh, I love Starbucks, but… this place typically stresses me the heck out! Here’s why: Upon entering the premises, I felt like I was shoved into a sardine can. Too many individuals! There’s hardly a place to stand, let alone sit. It gets very claustrophobic in here! But, if you like being a sardine in a can, this place would be great to mingle; if only the other customers were slightly friendly and didn’t give me a dirty look when I asked if they were at the end of the line(some people formed two lines so it was hard to know which was which). One perk of the sardine can Starbucks is that they were open Christmas. Thank you for supplying me with much needed caffeine to battle out some fam bam drama llama! And yes, I was expecting it to be an intense sardine can that day and was a-okay with it. It’s Christmas; people need their coffee.

Stopped here on the way back from a wedding and was seriously impressed with the service. We did the drive-thru and the guy running the show was like a top notch air traffic controller. The order was perfect and the staff was super friendly. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and this was easily my best customer experience. Well done!

A great place to stop for coffee and restroom break. Since the Starbucks is in a shared building with some other offices, they have huge and clean restroom. This is important if you are driving back from Tahoe and need to stop for nature calls.

This location has a large sit down area inside and patio outside that’s always packed with local«loungers» just chilling around. I come get my skinny vanilla latte and I’m out the door.
