Horrendous. We used to use these folks at our apartment complex in Kirkland — they were acceptable then, but now? Forget about it. Zero accountability. We had an 11am appointment today, a Friday, for them to come clean the carpets in our home. After being 45 minutes late, and claiming that their drivers couldn’t find the place and had tried contacting me, the dispatch manager said, «I don’t know what to tell you.» The phone number he gave me for the driver did not work, and the manager stopped answering my texts.
Find another company, preferably with people who speak English as their first language. If you can’t understand directions, maybe you’re in the wrong business. The lack of urgency or remorse after wasting two hours in the middle of the day during the work week was staggering.
