Staff here was extremely helpful. I had no idea what type of chains I needed and they took care of me immediately. The chains were a lot cheaper than I thought. Thank you so much NAPA. Perfect customer service from the second I walked in.

I have to say that Diana the Cashier was so helpful when my son and I were picking up some parts. She went out of her way to explain to us about the rebates and the website to go to. Thanks Diana you’re doing a great job.

Walked in minding my own business and another customer began verbally harassing me. Napa store employees behaved professionally and mitigated the situation with tact and speed. Great job working to control a contentious situation. Got my auto part and was on my way before this jackass could cause any serious problems.

Well they might have earned a 3 star in combination with the original Napa Auto Parts store near Citrus Heights who actually sent us here. Am I the only person who has noticed how cocky and arrogant a large number of parts guys are? Knowing what you are talking about is one thing, talking down on a customer is all together different and rude. I for one actually have automotive knowledge(ASE Certified) and cant stand being argued with over something I am 100% certain of. Long story short wrong part, followed by arguing, and ending with grudgingly the correct part after a lot of frustration and the parts house employee telling me over and over it was not the wrong part.(Funny how the 2nd part worked and the 1st «not wrong» part didn’t) I caution you. Unless you are certain of what you need or it is something fairly unmistakable i.e. oil, filter, wiper blades, etc. P. S. Maybe it is the Reibes portion that made it bad. Napa used to be great. All I ever heard about. Now they are almost as bad as the rest of the bunch. :(

This Napa is better than some I have been too. I live close by and depending on what I need I also shop at another parts store. The people are somewhat friendly. They are always helpful but are quick to judge. I am a car guy by hobby and a mechanic as a trade. There are a couple employees I hate to deal with especially if it is an older/classic car. You may go round and round with them before they understand what you want being that new/newer cars are way different. They as usual have a huge selection but I would shop around. More than once I have found items of the same manufacturer cheaper at a neighboring company. For example I bought 5 plugs at a competitor but needed more than they had in stock. I went to Napa and bought 3 more(same company(Autolite) & part number) and they charged me $ 1.50 more per plug. Over all a decent place to get parts.
