Johnny Bruscos New York Style Pizza

I recently ordered a pizza for pickup from here… so I didn’t get the dine-​in experience. However, the pick up was right on time. My large deluxe meat with no sausage, extra pepperoni was made correctly. Plus, its a different style of pizza than the other pizza joints around here. I recommend it.

Great hand tossed pizzas. Wide array of toppings. Good service and good beer. It’s s good olé fashion pizza joint. Not many of these still around.

Yummy! Pizza is my favorite food group so, I was not disappointed that theirs was great! I love being able to order once slice to myself so I can be as creative as I want and nobody has to love it but me! The sub sandwiches are also delicious. I love, love, love the veggie sub! The restaurant has that college-​town feel with a back room for the older crowd where we don’t have to balance on high-​top bar stools! Yay! Very comfy! Service has always been great for us.

Awesome place! Excellent service!!! You can customize JUST a slice to your liking and not have to settle getting what everyone else wants.

My favorite pizza place in Auburn so far. 5 or 6 craft beers on tap. Would like to see a few more tv’s.

Ate here for lunch with my husband and it was great. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. The garlic knots with marinara were delicious as was our pizza. We had the Great White and added pepperoni and it was fantastic. Definitely our new favorite place to get pizza.

Came here with 5 others on a Wednesday night. It wasn’t too crowded, we were seated right away. The waiter took our drink orders as we each trickled in and had it to us just about by the time we were sitting down. Waiter was really nice and attentive through the entire service.
One of the guys ordered two of the garlic knots. I’m glad too, they were so good. The chewy little bread balls were swimming in a garlicy butter. The garlic was plentiful but not too overpowering. We wiped the two orders out quickly.
I shared a medium Johnny’s deluxe with one of the guys. Everyone else ordered calzones. We really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was really crispy and toppings plentiful. The pizza was hearty enough to fill us both up. The only thing I really didn’t care for was the ground beef, it was a little too bland.

Go to the one in Moore’s Mill. Much better and the pepperoni rolls (exclusive to the Moore’s Mill location) are unbelievable. Had the calzone yesterday. Really fresh ingredients and very cheesy. Service is second to none. Sweet tea is some of the best that I have had. And of course, the pizza is delicious.

I actually never get pizza here. Usually just get a sub sandwich and salad, but the meatball sub is always on point!
Just a suggestion: try the Moores Mill location back by Publix. It has MUCH better service and the food seems to be better also. Good Alabama local beer selections (Back Forty, Good People, etc)

My family stopped in here for dinner last night, our first trip but most definitely not our last. The pizza was amazing and the service was great.

I was excited that I would get New York Style Pizza, but instead got some chewy dough with bland flavor. Not at all what I expected and the service was slow as Christmas.

Very average quality pizza. Bland marinara, skimpy toppings, and a crispy crust (the best part). Also had the chicken parm, which was very small and disappointing. Go to Little Italy and get more than twice the amount, far better taste, and pay the same price. Plus, this place has no atmosphere.

Wow, great pizza! Ordered a deluxe, and it had a wonderful flavor. The garlic knots were great, and the marinara sauce was great added to the pizza.

As close to NY style pizza as I’ve found in Alabama. A large cheese pizza, a pitcher of beer, with a large Greek salad and you and a companion are out of there with a tab under $ 30.
I’ve eaten here at least a couple of times a month for the last six years. Service has always been good, food has been consistently good.
If you order by the slice with toppings I reccomend that you have them add a little extra cheese to hold it together. I order my slices and pizzas «extra crispy» to make sure it gets the *snap* in the crust.

This is good pizza, but you need to add salt to get the true flavor. Buy a whole pizza, not a slice, though, for the best experience!
Our friends have enjoyed the stromboli, and the salad is excellent!

We tried the calzone last week. Very good!

I ordered a cheese pizza slice with Canadian bacon and Italian sausage. The Italian sausage was disappointing since it looked like it was spilled by accident on my pizza instead of cooked on it. The Canadian bacon tasted more like delicious ground beef. The waiter was nice and gave us refills on soda to go. For $ 22 of a medium pizza, a pizza slice, and 2 drinks, this place is an economic hit. I
t’s warm and cozy for a pizza parlor. You have a good view of sports games wherever you sit in this place. If you want to go on a pizza date, this is a nice spot to dine.

It’s pretty good. I love the stromboli with Italian sausage and artichoke hearts.
