The largest selection of PLUSSIZEWOMENSBLOUSES I HAVESEEN about 60 shirts 3x and few 4x size in this area including Sacramento and San Jose. Bought some High End Brand Dressy/Work 3x shirts for 4.99 which retail for about $ 69 new.

Kind of an overall unimpressive store. Didn’t find any really outstanding clothing or shoes. The housewares seemed slightly overpriced for what they were. not really«deals». Saw one employee stocking things that looked so pissed off and angry to be there; she wearing what looked like pajama pants– really? I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

I frequent all of the Goodwills in the Sac area regularly and I do like this one. It is clean and not as busy as the others so that is a plus. The other distinguishing feature is that all the people I encountered were genuinely friendly and«normal». I say this because they usually have the stereo-typical minimum wage worker that ignore you and leave the store a mess. It is also a smaller one in comparison. I ding them a star because their pricing was a little high. $ 9.99 for a pair of Levis when most of them now are $ 7.99 on the high end and $ 5.99 on the low end. I would come more often if I didnt live so far away.

I was very disappointed that I wasted my lunch break coming here! There hardback books are $ 2.99 each? Two of the ones I picked had stickers on them for $ 1, but at the register the women informed me that price was on there when they were donated. I went to the home good section and it looked like dumpsters had been emptied onto the shelves. I left grossed out and very disappointed! I will not return!

This goodwill location is clean and well organized but it’s definitely over priced. You can get some of the same stuff you find there BRANDNEW for almost the same price. If you go enough you can find some good deals. But there are so many other thrift stores nearby with better prices.

Remodel= high prices, I shop around places like this, I’ve even made many donations here, but my gosh… just go to Target because they have thing you can find cheaper brand new at the reg. stores. Disappointed.

OVERPRICEDOVERPRICEDOVERPRICED!!! They get their stuff for FREE!!! So to charge for $ 2.00 for a obviously used small toy for a child is outrageous. Shoes were priced at $ 20.00 and up!!! Come on! They get their stuff for FREE!

I loved this place a year ago. Prices were just like most thrift stores, clothing was organized by color and the cashiers were very pleasant. But in the last 4 to 6 months, major changes! Now they are pricing according to brand new retail. In other words if the item has a «designer» label it is priced upwards to(I actually saw this) $ 200. So really what they’ve done is taken the thrill of finding a bargain out of shopping thrift. May as well go to Loehman’s or The Rack, pay the same and have a more upscale shopping experience. Also, they have started organizing by size! I agree with plus size on it’s own rack but otherwise it’s counter productive and looks terrible organizing by size. By color gives a more orderly appearance and easier to find what you want. I could go on but won’t. I can’t understand why they need to hike up prices on used clothes that were donated!

What a clean, non-smelly Goodwill! We came here on a whim to find my fiancée an ugly Christmas sweater, and we found this lovely green snowflake sweater in the plus sized section. Employees were nice and everything was nicely organized, if we ever need to find something ugly again, we’ll be sure to return!

This location is priced like all other normal(not outlet, etc) Goodwill locations. It is cleaner than a lot of the Sacramento stores, but that may be because the traffic seem to be lower. I was a bit irritated by the service when I went in earlier this week. First reason: they had huge halloween dispays all over the store — which was really annoying to me because it blocked the lighting in the shoe department and because you couldn’t buy anything in their displays. You’d think they’d want to get rid of all that stuff, but apparently it is not for sale. Anyway, when I was checking out, the person who was ringing up my purchase said she ran out of paper and couldn’t wrap my glassware. She made no effort to find more paper and I had to insist that she look elsewhere for some newspaper. She looked in the cash register beside hers and said she only found a few sheets, another clerk went into the same area and found a whole unused Sunday paper. Her response, «oh, how did I miss that?» … psh!

Too expensive! People drop off the nastiest crap at all hours in the back of their building; lately they’ve been trying to limit the junk, but usually they try to fix the junk up and then sell for higher prices. Sometimes good deals.
