I have used Flowersmiths for several years. It has always been very easy to phone in an order and have them delivered. Always a beautiful arrangement which lasts.

I was looking for a florist online and came upon this shop. I remember having used this florist years back, and grew annoyed recalling my experience with them. The (expensive) flowers I ordered were not as pictured; and I see others have experienced the same thing. I think the photos on their website are not accurate of the products they have available nor of the capabilities of their florists. They also did not complete my order and had the audacity to tell me that my add-​ons were not included in the arrangement because it «didn’t print out with the order» even though I paid for them! How is that my fault? I was not offered an apology nor a refund. Save your money and choose another florist! Go to Kroger and make your own arrangement; it’d be 10x better than anything you could order here!

Ordering flowers locally is easy because you, as the giver, may see them. The true test of a good, reputable florist is to be able to order flowers long distance and know you’re getting what you pay for. Not sure I did with Flowersmith’s. You be the judge by the picture. Worth $ 117.??
