Order was delivered 62 minutes after it was placed, on the order it said 35 – 41 minutes. The boxes were all squished and the pizza dough was soggy because it had been sitting in the boxes so long. The cheese was very browned/​almost burnt on both pizzas. On the chicken Alfredo the cheese was also very dark brown and there were three large burnt black spots in the tin, my daughter did not want to eat it. I also did not receive the icing with the cinnastix. I order fairly often from this dominos and have never been so disappointed. I will certainly think twice before I order again.

Food is great for the price, only real complaint is speed otherwise it would be a 5 star. I live about 5 minutes away and delivery usually takes between 70 – 85 minutes.

As far as chain delivery pizza goes, Dominoes has really stepped up their game. The pasta is honestly better than Olive Garden and the mango habanero wings are legit. It’s not 4 stars compared to normal restaurants but as far as delivery pizza goes. Probably the best in Auburn right now.

Horrible service, out of the last 8 times i have ordered service from the location 6 of 8 have been late. They usually are late and i would recommend pizza hut over this place any day… i was promised free pizza because this location forgot me for 2 hours one time… not acceptable… its always an excuse with DOMINO’S!!! I have submitted feedback to corporate 5 times and never get a response.

Anyone else getting sick from here? Ordered pizza a couple months ago from here. Both my roommate and I got Norovirus. The other day I ordered pizza from there again. Shared some with my roommate. We both got diarrhea bad the next day. Not trying to tarnish the rep. I have nothing to gain. The pizza is delicious but it makes us sick. I’d like to see the head manager post a reply to this.

The gluten free pizza is really great! Ive ordered maybe 6 – 7 times now and the only problem was with internet ordering and it double charged me which the mnger fix once realized. Over all im very happy with the new menu and my gluten free pizza :)

I have never liked Dominos however this is my pizza place of choice because of this restaurant. They are quick and the food is always exactly how I ordered it and piping hot when it gets there. Even on Super Bowl Sunday I had my pizza in less than an hour. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

I wish I could give zero stars. The Auburn Dominos Pizza is poorly managed and inept at making the simplest order accurately. Tonight I ordered at 1130pm and the store closes at midnight. The banner on the online order page advises that as long as your order is placed by midnight it will be delivered. Once I placed my order I received a call from «Jamie» this evenings manager. She just wanted to let me know that she has two drivers and 7 orders back logged. I told her I’m fine if It takes an hour to get my pizza. She says «But we close at midnight.» So I suggested she turn off ordering if they get to a point where they can no longer handle the orders they received. She said she can’t. Her attitude was blasé and had a tone of «It’s not my problem.» She even said she could push my order back until they open tomorrow if I like. WTF Seriously! Last time I ordered I asked for xtra sauce… I got NO SAUCE on my pizza! Whatever…

Ordered cheesy bread at 5:44 and was told about 30 minutes. I didn’t get it until 6:38. I was never greeted or told how much longer. The cashier Amber finally brought it out and apologized for the wait. (The only time I was talked to) I get your busy but if your not going to treat your walk in customers well, then just stick to delivery only.

Makes me wish I had checked Unilocal first… I ordered a chicken buffalo sandwich light on the sauce and no onions… oops I made the mistake of trusting them and took a bite… omg hot and onions yuck… gave the rest to my room mate who loves super hot oniony food and he said it was perfect but a little hot soooo um yeah cooks hating their jobs equals exact opposite of what people order… yuck
