Walking into the place was awkward. The staff didn’t greet us with a hello just kind of stared. I’ve never been to Bigby. Never heard of Bigby until I saw a billboard on the highway for a salted caramel latte. I’d have preferred it cold n could swear I ordered it that way, but ended up with a hot one. It was ok at best. This place has Starbucks prices. The coffee/espresso does taste better than buckys tho, no burnt aftertaste here!!! The boy ordered a mango smoothie and he really enjoyed it. While sitting and taking advantage of the free wifi I noticed several people ordering iced tea. Guess I should have went with that instead.

This copy of Bggby is located in the Auburn Pointe shopping center, where you’ll find ample parking, easy accessibility, and outdoor seating via a couple of tables. There is a pretty cozy/cramped setup indoors, but not devoid of a few big, comfy chairs that seem to be omnipresent at every Biggby’s. I like to stop by Biggby’s when I’m in the mood for something«different» from Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts or Peets, and by «different,» I mean 8 million different latte/coffee drink combinations, many of which are available with sugar-free, lower sugar, lots of sugar varieties… interesting that Biggby offers so many more SF syrups than the other chains, and really offers some convincingly good trade-off drinks. However, it’s not a coffee/espresso connoiseur’s shop. I also was dismayed that when I asked if 16 oz was the smallest size, I was told ‘yes,’ but then I saw on their menu and online that they offer a «short» hot drink size(almost on a «secret» menu). I certainly didn’t need a 16 oz cappuccino to accompany my Jiimmy John’s sandwich from next door, but oh well. Layout at this location is pretty logical, but I can see how it would get really cramped in here during an AM rush. There isn’t really a good place to wait for your drink(s) to be prepared without getting shoe-horned into a corner past the register, but c’est la vie during those morning caffeine runs.

Stopped in to meet someone before a meeting. I had an Iced tea and they had coffee. My tea was very good. Nice place to stop in. Its a little small, but good service. Its a good place to meet up if you have meetings in the Auburn Hills area. Its right off the freeway.

Ba … Loveless décor paired with sugary coffee mockups. People who gave 4 or 5 starts must have been in love with someone of the staff. No other way to explain it.

As with most Biggby’s, this is a very small coffee shop. If you’re just stopping in for a drink to-go it’s perfect. Biggby has great coffee and unique specialty beverages. If you’re coming to read or work for a while just be aware that the interior has limited seating!

Coffee is MUCH better than caribou or many other local options, with many more interesting options such as the butter bear or fluffy clouds varieties. If you like sweet options like caramel and marshmallow mixed with white chocolate or mocha then this is the place for you! Also, no matter which location I’ve been to the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I always bypass starbucks and caribou and search for a biggby. I wish there were more of them!!!

«B» — Not a small«b» but a Biggby. It seemed that aside from Starbucks or Tim Hortons, everywhere I went in Michigan I’ve noticed a few Biggby’s Coffee around so on calm Sunday morning while looking for a Coffeehouse we decided to give this«B» a visit. The setup of this is typical of a Coffeehouse but it has some funky colors and patterns mixed in to the environment and packaging which makes it more playful than the more European Café settings. It offered free non-password protected Wi-Fi which is probably popular for nearby students. The young staff serving us were quite nice as they greet us in and out the shop and provided smalltalk. We were shown the 4 coffee sizes available and it seems that they have a size big enough to give anybody a caffeine overload. It’s priced similarly to Starbucks while my Latte was average quality. It’s ordinary/average/a-ok and definitely not something I’ll be missing leaving Michigan.
