This location is not good. Half the time they ask if my order is for dine in or to go and it’s always to go, but they almost always bring my order on a tray and I have to ask them to bag it to go.
Also, they often get orders wrong. Today I ordered a King’s Hawaiian BBQ Brisket… brought to me on a tray. I reminded them that it was to go so they bagged it up and I left. When I opened it up, it turned out to be a regular roast beef sandwich.
Other times they’ve given mozzarella sticks instead of jalapeño poppers or some similar mixup. I don’t recommend eating there, and I recommend that the management of this particular restaurant invest in some training for its employees.
