I have been comming here for many years. It’s actually pretty good. The wait times are insane though. I am here now, 45 min in. Girl before me who is sitting at a table but not yet receiving service, has waited 1 hour. And this is not the first time. I have to say it, avoid this place if you do not have 2 hours to spare for a fill. An hour for the fill and an hour wait.

I have been going to this salon for about three years. My experience with them started off good. However over the years their service and attitudes have gone into the toilet. How can it be okay for me to make an appointment, show up on time then have to wait for 40 minutes to be seen! What’s the point of making an appointment!!! Conversely if I make an appointment and I happen to run 15 minutes late, they make a BIGDEAL about it then I have to wait an hour! I’m not saying that being late is okay, my point is they do not run on a dependable schedule. The owner sets the tone, she is cold and unfriendly or should I say«fake friendly» it’s NOT a warm or welcoming place. My favorite technician used to be talkative and friendly but she has become withdrawn especially when the owner is around. They only know how to do «basic nails» if you’re like me and you want something funky and fun… perhaps a design that you might have found on Pinterest they won’t be able to do any fun designs. Poor scheduling, non-creative, cold and unfriendly. Best Salon in Attleboro!!! WHERE? HOW??? They won’t get another dime of my money. I found a new nail salon in Rhode Island it’s worth the additional 20 minute drive to spend my money with technicians who actually seem like they want you as a customer.

I tried to go to this salon a few times each time I got a different girl and they were all terrible they are not very friendly they are very quick to get the job done rushing through it the entire time the first time I received a gel manicure they left a giant space between my cuticles and my nails I looked like it had not been done in weeks two days later the second time I went I got a pedicure and the woman cut me very badly and shaped my toes unevenly the third time I went I asked for a set of acrylics they had an hour before closing time and I walked in and asked very nicely if they had time to do it I got an attitude so I said I would come back then they insisted on doing it so as I was sitting down the lady did not ask me what shape I wanted or what length or anything like that she gave me and attitude the entire time she rushed through it and it looked absolutely terrible my nails were all different lengths they were shaped terribly some were square some square with rounded edges she only put one coat of the polish on and when I asked her to put on another coat she said no that’s not the style it doesn’t need another coat telling me I would like it better after it dried I was so angry after I left I never went back very rude people! No customer service skills at all

Love this place. Had my lashes done and they look amazing. The woman who did them was very personable and took her time. I have also had gel manicures and pedicures. Just love this place. They don’t overcharge and do a great job. Location is noce and atmosphere is very friendly and inviting.

My first time going to the nail salon and my first experience was good. I went in to get a gel manicure and Gina did a good job. They have a lot of colors to choose from. I will go back.

I have been to this nail salon about 6 or 7 times now and I have to say I have gotten more and more disappointed each time. My first experience was good but since then it has been frustrating to say the least. On three occasions I have called days ahead to make an appointment only to arrive and still have to wait. What’s the point in making an appointment if they’re going to make you wait anyways? One of these experiences they had both myself and my friend sit at the pedicure chair even though only one person was available. By the time I was finished my pedicure and halfway done my manicure, they JUST started her pedicure. And they had her feet stay in the(by that time) freezing cold water. Almost every time I’ve had a manicure they have accidentally cut me while trimming my cuticles. Not only do they not even look up or apologize but they continue on, only pausing to pour some blue disinfectant liquid on it that stings like hell. It’s always really inconsistent. Sometimes you get a manicurist/pedicurist who takes their time and does a really good job. But most of the time they rush through it and try to get you in and out as fast as possible… Even if there is no one waiting. Also there is no one there to greet you when you walk in. You just sort of stand their awkwardly until some one finally looks up from doing someone’s nails to say«yeah?». The only really good thing about this place is their prices are pretty reasonable. It’s the only reason I’ve gone back as many times as I have. But enough is enough. I will not be going back here. It’s not worth it.

The salon is absolutely beautiful inside the way they have it decorated, which brings out a relaxing atmosphere. It actually gives the appearance of a spa and not just a nail salon. It’s also incredibly clean, every surface is immaculate. I had been to this salon years ago and just went back for the first time again yesterday and it has been totally redone with many more seats for customers, which minimizes wait times. There were about 9 or 10 technicians there doing nails and pedicures. I went on a Saturday and in the past used to have to wait at least 30 minutes before I could be seen but this time I had no wait and was helped right away. The technician I saw did a beautiful job on my acrylic refill that I wanted and kept checking with me to make sure everything she was doing was to my liking. I always get nervous at salons when my cuticles are trimmed because I have been cut pretty badly before at other salons. She was very careful with me and didn’t scrape at my fingers. This scores high with me. The price for a refill wasn’t bad. It was $ 17 and another $ 5 for the French tips. I also noticed a full set cost $ 27(I had a full set put on at another salon for $ 40, wish I had come here first!). They also now offer student discounts(the prices are advertised at the dying station) but only 25 years old or younger can get it. I am a student but 28 so I couldn’t get that unfortunately. All in all, will be coming here again!

I went into top nails to have a gel French manicure. I had asked for the powder but the woman told me that the gel lasted longer less than a week later it started to chip I was wearing gloves to wash dishes etc. I was also actually very careful. I went in to have it touched up. They were not very nice to me when I went back. a day later it started chipping again. I went to a different salon to get the powder gel which cost me an additional $ 40 called top nail and spoke to Yvonne who told me that there was nothing they could do is it very expensive procedure to nnot last. I do not recommend the salon. They do not stand behind their work, and the manicures do not last. The salon was slso not clean.

A group of us came here for manicures and pedicures the day before my friends wedding. The space is comfortable and clean and had a good amount of natural light from big windows. There were plenty of pedicure chairs to accommodate large groups. In addition, there were lots of side-by-side manicurist stations. First impressions were very positive. I opted to get a gel French manicure because I wanted it to last. The selection of regular and gel polishes was very good. While getting my manicure I was grossed out by the fact that the guy handling my hands had very dry and cracked hands. It was like touching sandpaper, and since I tend to be pretty sensitive to sensory stuff, it was quite bothersome. Partway through, though, a woman switched with him and it was much better! Not sure the reason behind the switch, but I wasn’t going to ask questions. Her hands were soft as silk. I was thrilled. The pedicure was done by another person and she did a great job as well. Two whole weeks later my pedicure still looks brand new(after workouts, walks, etc.) and my gel manicure nails lasted much longer than a regular manicure would have. They were perfectly perfect for 10 days then the white part of one of the fingers began to chip. In those 10 days I did heavy duty cleaning, some packing, and lots of cooking. Very impressed that the lasted this long. Today is day 14 and they still look good(I had that nail touched up yesterday). My advice is to get the French gel manicure shorter and as it grows out it still looks great for weeks. Other things that made this experience very positive: — When the employees learned that my friend was getting married the next day, they gave my friend a little gift: a bottle of OPI Avojuice Skin Quenchers hand lotion. That was so nice of them! — They offer 10% off student discounts. I’ve never been to a salon/spa/nail place that offers student discounts so I forgot about this when I paid. After I paid, I mentioned that I am a student(a grad student, but still a student) and they gave me the money back that I would have saved from the discount. I had to show them my student ID but they were great about it and didn’t give me a hard time. — Other ways to save 10%: 1) Being a new client and 2) bringing a friend who has never been there. If you bring friend new to Top Nails both you and the friend get the discount.
