Gary is the best. I have been coming to him for several years now, bought at least 5 or 6 pairs and he always gets my custom shoes made fast when I need them.
I work long hours in a busy operating room and my feet would be in such pain that I would sit in my car for half an hour since it would hurt to drive. My feet were so swollen, I had extreme plantar fasciitis and nerve pain. Danskos and other nursing shoes never seemed to work for me and I worried perhaps I wasn’t able to work in this field.
I found Gary’s shop after browsing the web and he evaluated my shoes, how I stood and the anatomy of my feet and custom built me work shoes. He keeps his clients on file so he can review exactly which alternations I need when making a new pair. I have to say I’ve never been in any pain since and he is a miracle worker. I come in and he not only knows my name but he gives me a big hug hello. I watch and he is just as genuine and friendly with his other customers. I don’t know who Cherie has reviewed, but clearly not the same business! I dread the day he retires. Thank you Gary!

Rude, arrogant, condescending staff. Worst retail experience of my life. I was astonished at how bad my experience was when trying to buy some shoes and insoles. I thanked him for his time and just walked out.

Great guy and great service! My feet feel the best they have in a long time. If you have problems with your feet this is the place to go.

Gary knows how to fix shoes. No doubt he is one of the best shoe repair guys around. He know the lost art of fixing things instead of throwing the shoes away. His pricing is very inexpensive and he dose the fix quick.

These have to be the rudest people I have ever met. They did a completely unprofessional repair on a new pair of $ 150.00 shoes. When I expressed my disappointment and asked why they didn’t call me to let me know the repair wasn’t going as they had anticipated he became angry. After he yelled at me for a minute or so, during that time he said I was a terrible person and told me to lose his address and then he actually threw my receipt at me. Please save yourself from disappointment in workmanship and the downright scary customer service and take your shoes to a qualified cobbler.

This guy is AMAZING. I took in a pair of high-​heel boots for a new tip on the heel, hoping I could get them to last maybe another season. Not only did he do that (and very well I might add), but he re-​dyed the heel, shined both shoes, AND put new sole inserts into the boot. They’re more comfortable now than when I first got them! And all for just $ 12. He’s my go-​to shoe repair guy from now on.
