I have been going to Briggs for 6 years now and the food is just absolutely wonderful. Great atmosphere, service and hospitality. Great Job to everyone.

Good food! Really fast delivery as well. One thing I wasn’t impressed with was the prices… A little on the pricey side which will honestly prob keep me away in the future. There was nothing spectacular about the food to charge an extra couple bucks for a pasta dish or a sub. Overall solid take out food but save your money, on par with any other place in the area.

I really want to love Briggs because it’s sister restaurant to The Mediterranean, which I love, but I just can’t. We went yesterday and the table wasn’t greeted for almost 10 minutes. I ordered the steak tips medium well, which came out dry and well done. They made another order of steak, which came out well done again. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience and the dish was $ 17. Looking at my bank statement today, I noticed that my card was charged twice. I guess it’s best to just stick to pizza at Briggs.

I have been going to Briggs for quite some time have lived in Attleboro for many years I love the prices and it is so close to my house so it’s convenient I love the drive thru very organized and have not messed up my order once in over three years the only thing that needs to be changed is the way they make their subs the past couple of times I have gone there and gotten a steak and cheese sub the bread is completely drenched in grease it’s very sloppy the meat is great cooked perfectly but I always have to put it in another piece of bread but other than that great service

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place since 1990 when I first moved to this city. I have to say I think that when the place was J&D Pizza that the pizzas were so much much better as well as the service. They are still good but lack consistentsy when it comes to the quality of the food you get because it is never the same, I went here with my boyfriend for our first date and the pizza and service we got was amazing(he told everyone in his family as well as friends how great this place was) but unfortunately when we did takeout from here a week later the pizza that was delivered to us was cold and over overcooked. One day they have thick juicy buffalo fingers and the next time they have ones that are thin and dry. If your food is the same quality a few times in a row when you order consider yourself fortunate

First time I ever ate here and first time I ever got FOODPOISONING. I got the steak tips with salad, French fries and veggies with green beans. Beware. My boyfriend got the same thing almost and didn’t get any kind of food poisoning. Right when I was eating the food I felt strange. When I was driving home I almost fainted at the wheel had to pull over and vomit and then make my boyfriend drive home and rush so I could go to the bathroom. I also broke out in hives. Will never go back again. Nice servers but never will eat there.

I feel like Briggs is going downhill. Continuous errors with pick-up orders. Would pick up my order and the slip states the correct order, however, once you open it up its completely wrong… sad this has been happening more and more lately. I’ve lived nearby for almost 23 years and have been going here since it was J n D’s. Think I’ll find somewhere else to go at this point.

We’ve been going to Briggs for years but we’ve noticed that in the past few years the food quality is not up to snuff. I don’t know if they changed chefs or what? The pizza isn’t the same, somethings changed? The pizza I got tonight was ok, large pizza was cold and didn’t finish. The small pizza was ok but didn’t finish that one either plus I think they over charged me.

Though they do have great food they can not be trusted to keep their gluten free food truly gluten free. My husband is a celiac and though he had eaten there twice before the last time he became violently ill within an hour after eating there. It was gluten poisoning. Though mistakes may happen when I went back to make them aware they denied that it happened there and was told they never had that problem before. Maybe not but now they do. They were very uncaring about this and swore it would never happen there. But it did. As for a celiac Briggs can not be trusted. What a shame!

Been in the area for over a decade and have never had consistent take-out service from this establishment. Minor problems with food orders or quality can be expected on the rare occasion in a popular townie pizza joint, but when Their errors are not recognized, customer satisfaction is bound to reflect it. Forget trying to alter a menu item… Returned the completely wrong sandwhich without a single«sorry about that». Orders have been«lost» or «no record of it» — even though an order number and specification of «drive-thru» pick up was emphasized by a nice, young-sounding staff member. A little kindness and accountability can go a long way. The staff members are most-likely high schoolers/college students that show little interest in their job or the products they are hired to sell. Example: I inquired about a dessert tart in their case and was literally told«it’s some sort of Greek dessert». Yeah– sold. My experience with inside service was always great on a quiet, almost empty, mid-weeknight. Nice bartenders.

I’ve had it with this place. We used to order delivery from this place quite often, but they screw up the order every time. Time to get your act together.

Have eaten here for about 8 years on and off. Last 2 times we visited the dining room was uncomfortably cold. We wear pants and sweaters. Still freezing with the ac blowing straight down in many tables. This is not uncommon In restaurants. But what was unexpected was the«I could not care less» attitude that the staff gave us when we brought it to their attention. Which we did 2 times to 3 different staff members. Finally we asked for our food to go when it was clear the staff would not help us get more comfortable. Check and food delivered simultaneously with attitude soon after No utensils napkins or an offer to put our drinks in a to go cup. Won’t be be back. It’s over.

Honestly this is the best pizza on earth! BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken pizza is to die for! I literally drive out of the way just to get it. The prices are kinda ridiculous but I don’t mind paying because you can’t find quality like that any where wise. When ever I take a new person there, they are never disappointed. Love it!

Once again, a great experience. From the friendly staff to the excellent food. They have 10 beers on draft and more in bottles and are knowledgable enough to suggest an appropriate libation. My first 5 star rating!

I’m too much of a pizza expert to ever try their pizza– especially after reading their poor reviews, but I really liked the strawberry salad with grilled chicken. The app’s are over priced, calm down Briggs your not the Capitol Grill in Providence, your an ok restaurant in a working class neighborhood. My wife didn’t like the burger she ordered it bordered on awful.

The place is OK. Service was good. Host came and checked on us and was very polite. The food was mostly there. Just a bit weak I guess. The burger I had wasn’t bad. But it was a greasy premade burger. I think they could have done better. The fries were almost cold. My girlfriend says the turkey she had was ok, the sandwich looked better than it tasted. I think a little more thought and prep time and this place would be very good.

Formerly J and D pizza located where that Cumberland farms is across the way. They have since moved into the new place which I think is a great location. It features a large dining area, a full bar, many(6?) wide screen tv’s and a caring and attentive staff. The food is very good to boot my fav is the grilled buffalo chicken pizza.

My new favorite restaurant! They have he best chicken parm in this area ! Also the chicken broccoli Alfredo is to die for! The whole menu is delishh! My favorite is the kale soup! The staff here is so nice and do what ever they need to make your experience a great one! I am pregnant and wanted a virgin daiquiri. I was disappointed that they did not have any strawberry daiquiri mix. So I asked for mango instead. When my waitress brought my drink she had went out of her way to find fresh strawberries to put in there for me and oh my goodness! That drink was so fresh and yummy! I will definitely be back all the time

Every time I order delivery it takes an hour and the pizza us soggy. And the appetizers are overpriced for the amount you get. There are definitely a lot better options for pizza delivery in the area

After several successful visits here, it’s truly a shame that my husband and I won’t be coming to Briggs anymore. My husband grew up in Attleboro and has been coming to this restaurant for as long as he can remember. When him and I got married, he introduced me proclaiming how good it was and he had been going there all of his life. Somehow, all of a sudden, we started experiencing wrong orders, or things just wrong with what we ordered. Moreover, the staff is inexperienced, rude and lacking some serious hospitality. Recently I had started getting the Portobella Pasta dish. When I first got it, it was out of this world delicious, savory and definitely rich in flavor. Since I had such a good experience with it, I kept ordering it. For some reason, it kept getting made incorrectly. A few times it was made as Alfredo. Other times it was swimming in olive oil. The final time I had ordered– the same dish of course, it was one again not what I had ordered. I called to let them know that I wanted my money back(kindly of course) and I was immediately put on hold for ten minutes. All of a sudden someone picks up and is speaking broken English to me. I ask him if I’m speaking with the manager and he says yes– which I know is a lie, he was the chef. He proceeds to raise his voice to me saying how I’m no longer getting deliveries and I won’t be able to order food from there anymore because I’m constantly complaining. After a good 2 minutes of him ranting, he hung up. I called back two more times, and the same outcome. I was astounded. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a employee especially a damn chef. Advice: if you ever have an issue with your food or service– which is extremely likely, ask to speak with the owner, Nick or Nico. I’m not sure which name he goes by.
