Homemade pasta and sauce makes the Italian food delicious. The garlic twist Bread and canolis are exceptional. Strongly recommend this restaurant

I rated this restaurant three stars because of its potential… very clean, and staff are very friendly. The food, however, needs a makeover. Wings are excellent and the only reason I still order take out from Scorpios…

Went in on Christmas Eve day, party of six. Food was very good. All six meals were different and all said that it was very good. Our server was Liana and she was excellent! We’ll ask for one of her tables on the next visit. We are from out of town but have used Scorpio’s for catering as well and will return.

Decent pizza, haven’t tried anything else on the menu. Pizza didn’t stand out as anything overly memorable.

Tried this for the second time. Very very slow service all night. 15 min before we were offered a drink option(mind you we made reservations). Appetizer had no flavor nor was it as requested. An hour and a half for our meal. Seafood dish said calamari-try to find it. My dish with lemon was all lemon. Homemade pasta was over cooked. Extremely disappointed as I read such good things about it. They did take our meals off the bill which was honorable but would have preferred a good meal and a full belly. Only had a few bites. Then even though they gave us the wrong bill in the end which was much lower than our bill, we were honest and said they gave us the wrong bill, which ours was three times more than the bill they gave us she still questioned it. Won’t go back.

My husband and I had dinner at Scorpio’s last night. Despite it being completely packed, our server was upfront about a 40 – 50 minute wait on food. Not a problem. Quality, homemade food takes time. And there’s such a charming atmosphere, it felt like no time before our food came out. The butternut squash ravioli was to die for! I’m so glad my server recommended it to me. My husband got the gnocchi al forno, which was also amazing. Nothing beats homemade pasta. We will be returning to Scorpio’s in the very near future. I’m determined to make it through their specialty cocktail list.

This is my third time to this restaurant. Past visits were fine. Tonight was a disaster. Over an hour to be served. The food was so bad it had to be returned. The attitude of the manager was unacceptable. I told the owner I wouldn’t pay. In her defense she was apologetic and comped dinner. Something is clearly broken.

They do struggle with the servers being ‘on point’ that’s for sure, I think they’ve made some changes recently and weeded out the uncaring staff . HOWEVER! THIS time the experience couldn’t have been better. Seated right away, server was there and attentive. The build up of the butternut squash ravioli on Facebook is what brought me in there. TO. DIE. FOR. The way the Grana Padano cheese sauce kissed the squash when you bit into the ravioli… I could write poetry! SOGREAT I got another order to bring home to freeze! I even asked if I could shake the hand of the chef! She came out. Wonderful folks… nice family. Just need to be sure the servers are up to par! Thanks again! Wow.

My Husband and I had dinner here this evening. We walked in late(around 9ish) and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and professional. He gave great service. The service was the only part of the meal that I enjoyed. My husband ordered pasta bolognese and I ordered the gnocchi with bolognese. It was disgusting. I couldn’t take more than three bites. There were *huge* and plentiful onion chunks floating around in the sauce, the meat in the sauce was burnt, and there were pools of grease in the sauce. Also, my gnocchi was very soggy. Like it had been sitting around all day or it had been previously frozen. My Husband has a strong stomach so he ate his whole plate. Did we say anything to the bartender? No. Neither of us are the type to make a scene. And quite frankly after the disgusting bolognese, I didn’t want to return the plate for anything else. Now I’m just angry that I spent my hard-earned money on inedible food. I would not recommend the food. However, the space is nice and they have a nice beer selection. And the bartender was very nice. So there’s that.

We wondered why we were able to get a table early on a Saturday afternoon, we soon found out, how do you run an Italian restaurant and ruin spaghetti and meatballs, Chicken Parm? We all agreed it was the worst meal we have ever had !!!’

The food and atmosphere keep me coming back. I always feel welcome. The owners are great and the service is so personable. There are other places to go locally but Scorpios always feels like an old friend that you just have to return to no matter what.

My family and I have come to this restaurant about 10 times over the last few years. We decided to give them another try last night. We arrived at around 7pm. There was 1 table that was occupied by 3 woman. I believe 1 of them was the owner and the other 2 were painters. They had there equipment on the table and they seemed to be discussing upcoming promotions. This wasn’t an issue. Other than that, we were the only customers. We were seated by a friendly young girl and presented with menus. We decided to order a couple of pizzas. Our waiter arrived after a few minutes. He took our order and he was very friendly. He dropped off our drinks and told us the pizza shouldn’t be long. Then he disappeared. When I finished my 1st drink I waited about 4 minutes to see if he would reappear. Nope… I decided to go to the bar and get the drink myself. This happens frequently in this restaurant. It’s so obvious the waitstaff needs proper training. We asked the waiter a question about the pizza. He had no idea how to answer it. I really think this place could do a brisk business if they would trian and supervise the waitstaff. They make a decent pizza. The other food items are average at best. It would have been nice to leave the restaurant with the feeling of «That was good pizza». Unfortunately our thoughts about this restaurant are the same each time we have gone there, «The waitstaff needs training». We’re from Attleboro and really want to see this place succeed. We will probaly return but not soon.

If I could give you negative 5 stars I would. I went last night for my first time and last. Upon entering I was asked if I was with the party of 10, which I replied«no» and was told that it would be 15 minute wait. I observed several«reserved tables» throughout the dinning room. Noting the one behind me which seated 4 in the front window was not reserved. After about 10 min a table opened up and it was cleared, wiped down and prepped. Just as this happened the«party» of 10 started to come in and one of them said they actually had 12, to which the hostess/server standing next to me replied, «you called in 10.» This person then took a reserved sign off the table next to theirs and moved the table over. The reserved sign was then placed on the table which had just been cleared. As I waited another 10 min another table opened up, it was cleared and then no attention given to it for another 5 to 10 min. I had been told at this point that it was going to be «just a few more minutes» at least twice. I then inquired as to what the wait was and that I had observed 2 tables open up and the 4 chair one behind me in the window was still open(we were the only ones waiting). The hostess then informed me, «the kitchen won’t let us seat you because they are backed up with the party of 10.» I said that this was unacceptable and asked to speak with the manager. She left and came back and said John who was the owner would be over to speak with me. As I waited the 5 minutes for John to «promptly» come take care of an unhappy customer I proceeded to listen to the hostess and wait staff comment about how they needed to hire more staff for the«back of the house» and how unorganized they were. John the owner showed up, I let him know how unhappy I was and what had occurred. He just stood there with a dear in the headlights look. I said is this a way to run a restaurant? You have open tables yet you make me wait over 30 minutes supposedly for the kitchen to get caught up from the party of 10 who hadn’t even had their appetizer order taken yet. I said a good owner/manager/restaurateur would seat their guests, let them know they were«backed up» and perhaps offer a drink or bottle of wine on the house, especially after making them wait for over 30 minutes with open seating. MINDYOUNOTONEOFTHE«RESERVATIONS» HADSHOWEDUPINTHISTIMEANDTHEREWERE4OTHERTABLESWHOHADBEENSERVEDANDWEREFINISHINGUP!!! I said who’s fault is this, ready for this, he blamed his wait staff!!! First your wait staff blamed your kitchen, now you are blaming them. You sir John are the owner, the blame rests, and should have been accepted by you!!! I walked out not even having a drink and shall never return!!! Your idea of running a business will run it into the ground!!! Thank you so much for ruining what was supposed to be a birthday dinner celebration! For anyone reading this the above times were not an exaggeration what so ever.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a bite to eat and decided to try Scorpio’s. The waitress was very nice and the menu was large. I settled with the Buffalo wrap and my girlfriend got the lasagna. We started with the bruscetta which was very good. Their home made bread is very good as well. The wrap was on the smaller size and was covered in Buffalo sauce but the chicken was barely there. It was bits of chicken no bigger than a cherry. The lasagna looked amazing but later we realized it was horrible. The lasagna tasted alright but had no sauce whatsoever. There was a massive amount of cheese and little sauce and noodles. The worst part of the dinner was the dessert. We ordered the Wild Berry Tart. The description and picture made it look like a warm crunchy bread covered with a strawberry cream and topped with fresh fruit. Well the entire thing resembled something of a hockey puck. The server must have taken it out of the freezer and just dropped it on our plate without preparing it. You would need a chisel to consume that dessert. It was frozen solid and even the fruit were almost freezer burned. I would also like to add they gave us two different menus. Mine didn’t have the lasagna on it and my girlfriends did. They need to sort that out as well.

So this past Friday night, me and my boyfriend wanted to go out for dinner. We tried a place. and this was around 6:30pm, and the wait was 45 minutes — 1 hour(although we had gift card for the restaurant, we did not want to wait that long to eat dinner). so since we were down the street we decided to go to Scorpio’s. We had first tried out Scorpio’s over a year ago, and liked the food. We got right in, and were seated right away. So not only did we not have ANY wait, we got to eat at a quiet restaurant with awesome food. I have never had a problem with the food, it has always been great. And no wait at 7PM on a Friday night?! Awesome! I would definitely recommend trying this place out :)

We visited Scorpios on a whim while playing ingress. We were pleasantly surprised by some handmade pasta and delicious dishes! I had the pollo Alla Rosa which was excellent and the bread was fantastic. I would definitely come here again to try something else. They also have a very good beer selection and carry a local cider which is something we would absolutely come back for.

So I wanted to like this place. I want to support local businesses in my city. But Scorpio’s doesn’t make the cut. It didn’t even come close. Our waitress was young and clearly inexperienced. Ok, I can easily let that go. Everyone has to learn. But if she asks how things are, and is told with honesty that something is not right, she should be trained to do more than just say«sorry» and walk away. But she was inexperienced… yes indeed. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. It was overcooked and under-seasoned. The marinara sauce was spicy but greasy. My husband and I both like the little kick, so that’s the 1 star rating. I make my own gravy and I can honestly say mine would blow the socks off Scorpio’s marinara any day. But since the rubbery calamari was clearly just frozen, the sauce probably was too. So my husband ordered a hamburger, medium, with bacon and cheese. The waitress didn’t really know the types of cheese so he went with American. Wow — since when is a frozen patty, cooked dark brown through and through, without a droplet of juice to be seen, a «medium» burger? And the cheese wasn’t melted, probably because it was on top of the bacon… duh. And the roll looked hard, but not at all in a good way. The limp fries might have been ok if they were cooked in clean oil… but they weren’t. So I ordered an eggplant parm panini. It looked like the sole of a shoe delivered on my plate. Who uses a panini grill on a sub roll? They do. If there was cheese on this«parmigiana» it completely disintegrated into the soggy eggplant and roll. The eggplant should have been crisp, with some body and flavor to it. But this was nothing more than micro-thin slices of a frozen-breaded product cooked in… guess what… dirty oil. Sorry Scorpio’s, but we can’t go back. You are just not worthy.

Not much to like here, other decent craft beer offerings. Slow service and notably bland food combined to make this a one-and-done. Sauce on the gnocchi was watery and tasted like… water. White pizza had nothing to it. Good place to take a date need to feed, but not really impress.

I ordered eggplant parm which was ok. The other two people I was with were not so pleased with their meals. The best of the best that we all agreed on that was hands on delicious garlic bread. Came out fresh and hot and left you wanting more.
