Attleboro House of Pizza

They always screw up my order. How tough is it to make a pizza and get the ingredients right. I wish Attleboro had a great pizza place. Instead of all of the mediocre places we have.

Tried this place for the first time and was not overly impressed. I ordered a Thai chicken pizza and a BLT club with a salad instead of fries (this is listed as an option on their menu). The pizza was decent and it’s nice to have something different, but the club was a hot mess. It looked like they had just taken the ingredients and thrown them in the box instead of forming them into a sandwich. There was a ton of bacon, which some might like, but it was saltier than most bacon and tasted like I was eating a bucket of salt instead of a club. Also, they gave me fries instead of salad and didn’t even have the courtesy to give me ketchup. Delivery took over an hour, so I wasn’t about to call and ask them to send me out the correct order. The only good thing about this experience is that they had enough good customer service to call me and let me know that they did not have white bread and to verify that wheat bread was ok. My recommendation, if you want pizza and don’t mind waiting a while, then this place is good. Anything else, good luck!

Have been getting delivery every week for years. So long, that the delivery driver commented about how he has been delivery to us since I was pregnant with my 2 ½ year old. The quality has gone done tremendously over the last few months. Seems they can’t get an order right… One week it was steak tip dinner instead of salad, the next a red Sprite drink instead of regular Sprite, then no dressing or bread for a salad, burnt chicken fingers consistently, burnt calzones and today? Ordered a brownie, got cookies (stinks for my kid who was looking forward to a brownie) steak tips in salad were huge, hard to cut, chewy and SO rare they were purple. Took a bite of salad and pulled a very long piece of hair out of my mouth. Sad, because we love Ahop but we will be ordering from somewhere else on Sunday’s from now on.

Went there for a garden salad and small Italian sub with everything for take out… total $ 14n change (seriously!). The salad (or lack of) was bagged lettuce (nasty) 4 very tiny cherry tomatoes (1 was rotten) 5 slices of carrots, 5 cucumber slices, onions and 1 shriveled up pepper of sorts. I would have taken a picture but I had already thrown it away… it looked better in my thrash anyway. Lesson learned here for myself… and I hope anyone who checks Unilocal first will learn from my experience and not waste your hard earned money on a place that isn’t worth a second thoughts! Side note: I have given them several chances in the past… only to be disappointed each time. (The Italian sub was not for myself so I have no comment on that.)

I never know if I am going to get a really good pizza or an overcooked with not enough sauce on it pizza. It seems if I stand there and wait 30 minutes, it’s pretty good. Delivery? Nope– always dried out and overcooked. Good garden salad, fresh lettuce and good dressing. When I ask for it with no onions, they simply remove the onions so the lettuce has that slight onion-​y flavor. The sausage they use on the pizza is good. But in all honestly, the last 3 pizzas we got were not good and we haven’t gone back in 3 months. It seems to depend on the cook that night/​day and how busy they are.

I love the food here… The subs are huge and the fries delicious.
Soooooooo slow though o man! When they say the food will be ready in 30 mins they actually mean 75 mins! So give yourself plenty of time do not rush to pick it up… You WILL be waiting!
I hate that it’s supposed to be fast and convenient food!

I will never go back. The food would have been just ok if they had made it right. Service SUCKS
One competent worker cooking and doing his best hampered by a rude girl and a not so bright helper.
Save your time and go to one of the other pizza houses in Attleboro

Ordered food online and paid for it but they never showed up with it and won’t answer the phone. Not sure if they are even in business anymore.

You like to give a place another try. What a screwed up place. Placed an order at 11:00am, get there stand around for 10 minutes only to discover they gave my order away to someone else. huh? It was a large order, some one who ordered 3 salads ends up with a salad, pizza, calzone, chicken dinner and subs. Guess they thought they hit the jackpot, because they never called to complain. Mean while, they tell me the order will be at least another half hour to remake. I have to get back to work and can’t hang around. I already paid for the order. I tell them I have to leave, deliver it to me. That was at 11:40am, what a mistake that was, 1:00pm and I am still waiting on the order I placed at 11:00am. Food finally gets here, amazingly they got the order right and the food was to their typical standard. What is with this place? Total incompetence. Unfortunately they are off the lunch list, yet again.

Travel for business and just wanted a Pizza… so. wet to AHOP –called and ordered –simple order. 12″ cheese pizza cooked well done… she told me it would be ready in 15 minutes — –walked in and. wella. it was ready… it was delicious… not greasy. was going to order the pizza with extra cheese. but did not need to do that. had plenty of cheese on it… Yes would go back. if I am in the area…

A 55 minute delivery for a small pizza right across the street from them. The delivery gentleman mumbled & cussed when leaving my office. How extremely rude, especially since I did tip him! Will NEVER go here again. I will be going around the corner to Appollon, where both service and quality is excellent.

Worst place ever! Don’t waste your time or money! Last night during the storm got a delivery of a bbq chic pizza, steak bomb, buff wings, and mozz sticks. The food takes over an hour to be delivered. Which is fine it was snowing but cmon n have the full order when you decide to come and not forget the pizza!!! Anyways chic wings were like rubber no flavor. Steak bomb def was on its way to the trash I hate half of it and instantly felt sick for the next 7 hrs until i threw it all back up. Food is garbage this place should not be in business.

Used to be a regular customer however tonight was the second time that we’ve waited 2 hours for delivery. Called about the delay and got a lot of excuses. The woman offered our food for free, however we need to tell the delivery guy this now. Will not be ordering from here again.

I got the Apple Walnut Salad for the first time last night. It was incredible. Thin slices apple, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, feta, and tender grilled chicken over crispy greens. Balsamic vinaigrette was a perfect compliment. Mmm mmm!

My husband and I found this place when we first moved to Attleboro 4 years ago. Ever since, we’ve been going to them for take-​out whenever we feel like subs or pizza. The food is always so good, wait is always minor, and the staff is friendly.

Since my initial review, the Attleboro House of pizza has really gone downhill. The last couple times I’ve ordered from here the food has been extremely inconsistent. I had high hopes for this once good pizza place.

Great pizza but I always have to poop when I’m done so only three stars. Everything about the pizza is great though.

Attleboro House of Pizza is without a doubt the best take-​out pizza in the (attleboro, mansfield, norton, taunton) area.
Staff is always friendly and they always get our order right! I can’t attest to their delivery, but they are normally pretty quick for take-​out. The building is literally a hole in the wall, and it never seems busy in there — it is a hidden gem.
The crust on their large (and it is LARGE) pizza is always perfectly golden and chewy (but not too chewy). I would recommend the large pizza over a small (it’s cheap enough anyway @ $ 10 for a cheese) — the crust seems to come out better on the large.
Their subs are HUGE and always packed with whatever your ordering (I’ve had their Italian & Chicken Parm — both delicious).
Overall — I would definitely recommend Attleboro House of Pizza, especially compared to what else is available in the area. Go for an Ex-​Cheese Large — DELICIOUS.

Last time we ordered delivery from here, it was 2 hours later and we were still waiting for our food. Not really sure why we decided to give them another shot, but we did.
Friday night, eat in. We ordered 2 large steak & cheese subs, one small Hawaiian pizza, and an order of onion rings. Total: $ 38 bucks.
So the subs come out first. not bad… not overly filled, but as would be expected. Nothing special. Onion rings come out next. Again, nothing special, and a bit meager on the portion size. Now we wait… and wait… and wait… my poor kids waited a good 30 minutes or more for their pizza to come out AFTER my wife and I had gotten our subs. We were practically done by the time the pizza came out.
Not sure what’s going on here, but something’s seriously wrong with their kitchen to have such awful delays. Maybe they need another pizza oven or something, but I’m staying away for a while.

Well my experience with AHOP is the first order for delivery. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizzA. It promised onions and peppers too, as im accustomed to. what i got was a sloppily put together pizza with about what seemed like 10 lbs of chicken and a bottle of hot sauce drenched on Pizza crust while my mom n sis who are pescatarians enjoyed a delectable green pepper pizza which they were gracious enough to let me try a slice, i was so jealous. Ill never order that pizza again, i will however say, the next day it was better as leftovers.
My 2^nd annoyance was last night. My aunt is visiting from Maryland and was hungry and running on 3 hours of sleep. The delivery took 1hr ½. i tried to be adventurous and ordered the lamb gyro… big mistake. i dont know wat all that nasty white sauce was slapped on to sum dry meat. My 2 yr old seemed to love it but after 3 bites i was in food hell. Luckily, my aunts chippolata chicken wrap was too much for her to conquer so she gave me her other half. I will say, however that even though the gyro wasn’t great at all, the tiramisu for dessert took me back into food heaven. Ill give AHOP another chance to wow me, lol.
