They lure you in with a free sample and HARD sell you into purchasing ridiculously overpriced products. Don’t even accept the sample! They are rude and relentless. ZERO stars!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Can’t comment on merchandise because I left disgusted prior to even trying any. I received coupons for two facials to orogold Harrahs AC for Christmas. I called ahead and made an appointment explaining that I had a certificate. I went to the store with my husband and asked numerous questions about the certificate. where I got it and when. Then I was asked if I could afford the products. All of this without the facial. I was so horrified by the customer service that left without any service or product. Stay away unless you walk in with a recent bank statement available.
