Great Service! Our waiter was Will and he was nothing short of amazing. I ordered a drink and wasn’t totally in love with it. He came over several times to try to fix the problem. I told him I was okay, but he still wanted to fix the situation. He even got them to take 10% of the bill. Will is the definition of great service. Next time I come to Atlantic City I most definitely will come back again. The food and service was amazing!

Food is not good. Everything is over priced. Service is horrific. My grilled cheese with bacon was the most skimp sandwich I’ve ever been served. It barely had any cheese on it, funny how the description on the menu says its a blend of THREE cheeses… LIE. Also, the cheese wasn’t even melted to boot. TERRIBLE. Now for the service, I remember my waiters name but I won’t call him out, don’t want to embarrass him… but he was legit horrible. I asked him for a glass of water, never got it. He came back over with the food, probably 30 minutes later, I didn’t even bother bringing it up but I asked for salt to put on my fries. he says no problem and then never comes with the salt either. Not once did he come over ever to see how our food was or if we needed any refills on beers, or to bring over any of the items I requested(Water, salt). Finally, ready for the bill, this clown is nowhere to be found. I had to hunt down a different person to pay the tab for the awful food/service I received. Don’t go here, don’t go here, don’t go here.

I was weary about going here because of some of the reviews, but I really wanted a juicy burger to finish off my AC experience. We ordered the wings and they took 25 minutes to come out, but once they did they were delicious. The ranch dressing was also really good. I was so disappointed with the burger. It was over cooked(I asked for medium and it was well) and it had no flavor. Even some salt and pepper at the table couldn’t help this baby. The fries were the plate’s saving grace. I know it makes me weird, but I like when they’re soggy. So crispy fry lovers beware. I won’t be back. Next time, I’ll just pick up a sandwich from a rest stop when I’m ready to go home.

I’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for a burger today… Broadway Burger Bar is a great casual spot to satisfy your burger needs ! The atmosphere is very cool & inviting with a little contemporary flare to it. Nice horseshoe booths, which are pretty large & comfy. A nice bar as soon as you walk in to the left. We were greeted by the hostess and seated as soon as we walked in. The few times Ive dined here the waitstaff is very friendly & courteous(always making sure that water glass is full– thank you!). The food is pretty darn good. For a «burger joint» it’s not the best burger I’ve had, it could be a little better– but I’m not complaining. They are delicious! Each burger is accompanied by your choice of a side dish. The pretzel appetizer is a MUST! All in all a great place to eat after that long drive or even while taking a break from gambling!

THISREVIEWWOULD’VEGOTTEN5STARSBIFNOTFOROUR2NDVISIT! My family and I spent our spring break at the Tropicana AC. It was a family affair so we were pleased to see Broadway Burger Bar had partnered with imax theater. Dinner and a movie for 25 bucks. A great deal! We decided on the 10pm show so we went to eat at 8:30. Our waiter was wonderful, very attentive and the burgers are simply amazing. My kids, my husband and I all end up refilling our drinks at least once, if not twice. This can end up being very pricey, so I called ahead to ask the policy. I was told free refills with the exception of root beer. Basically and all around great experience. Fast forward to our second visit. It was 10pm. They close at 11 so we assumed we were good. Our waitress was completely disinterested in being a waitress either this night or at this hour. Food was again delicious, hence why we made the second visit. She came once on her own to check on us, otherwise we had to grab her attention for refills or napkins. She placed our check on the table without even asking if we had finished, they offer dessert on the menu but did not ask if we wanted any surprising because she obviously wanted to pad the check because once I reviewed it I noticed she had charged us for additional beverages. She was very snappy and cut me off before I could complete my sentence. «Miss it’s one free refill, then it’s another charge». I didn’t bother explaining that I called ahead before each visit and decided she’d pay for it from her tip. I traditionally tip at 18 to 20%. She walked away with 15 less the 3.50 for the beverage. It was 4 of us. only 3 got refills. she could’ve let it slide. she should’ve let it slide for a 6 dollar increase in her tip. note to management. be consistent.it works. Your food is great but without consistency it means nothing.

You would think a burger joint inside a Atlantic City casino cant be very good but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat here. I had the Times Square Burger which really should be called the Mexican Burger since it came with Jack Cheese, Avocado, and Pico de Gallo. As mentioned the beef was great and the topping were fresh. I would certainly get this item again should I revisit. The atmosphere of this restaurant was casual but a step up from your traditional burger bar. They had several alternatives dishes to choose from on the menu along with a full bar with a diverse group of cocktails offered.

We ended up at Broadway Burger Bar completely by chance. Call it fate. We had a reservation for 3 at 8:15 on a Saturday night but probably didn’t need one. We were wrapping up the worlds most horribly stressful day, and needed to find peace and solace in our meal. Broadway stepped up to the plate and ended our day on a high. I think we were originally planned to be sat at a table until we explained to the hostess that our toddler(shameful I know, but circumstances beyond our control) wouldn’t sit in a booster or high chair so she put us in a u-shaped booth. The booth was big enough for 4 or 5 adults but the table was barely big enough for 2. We started off with the sweet chili wings — and they were awesome. Crispy, big, juicy, sauced just right and flavorful. Hubs ordered the Rockefeller burger with fries(blue cheese, caramelized onions, and horseradish sauce) and I opted for the Wall Street(Swiss, couple different kinds of mushrooms, truffle aioli) with coleslaw. The kid got the mac and cheese. The burgers were seasoned perfectly — and I mean perfectly. We both ordered them medium and they were cooked to temp perfectly too — warm pink center. Loved the buns. The truffle aioli was INCREDIBLE. I thought my burger was perfect until the hubs and I swapped bites and I realized he won — the horseradish sauce on his burger was far superior to my truffle aioli. I was very unimpressed with the cole slaw, until I realized there was green apple in it — then I was only moderately unimpressed with it. I added a little mayo mustard salt and pepper(all on the table) and that made it a little better but I still wouldn’t order it again on a repeat visit. Their mac and cheese was a solid offering, pleasing both the palette of the toddler and momma as she stole bites :) We finished the meal with their chocolate molten lava cake. It was good, but definitely not as impressive as the meal. There was nothing molten about it — it was just a fully cooked cupcake surrounded by a ridiculous amount of chocolate syrup and a scoop of ice cream. Service was excellent — Chuck was very attentive without being overbearing, and checked on us in a way that impressed my hard to impress husband. Our water glasses were never empty. Favorite part was when the check came — an appetizer, a beer, 2 burgers, kids meal and cake for just under $ 65 in AC??? I couldn’t believe my eyes. Yes yes yes. Overall, an experience we would seek to repeat any time we find ourselves in town here.

Came into Broadway burger because my guy kept raving about how amazing their veggie burgers are. Being that we’re vegetarian/vegans. It’s sometime hard to find good vegan food. Also my guy is not one to rave over food unless I cooked it so I figure we can give it a try. I’ve been here before I transitioned to vegetarian. My last experience was meh so I went in with mixed feelings. Larry was our server. He was super attentive. Which was good. Ordering was quick as I scanned the menu while he was talking to my guy about beer. We ordered the pretzel, 2 black bean burgers w/fries and my guy ordered a side of Cole slaw and he also the Cape May Devils Reach beer. Pretzel came out piping hot. A huge pretzel. Bigger than I expected. It was so light and airy but filling. It came with a caramelized onion spinach dip which was outstanding! A cheese sauce which I didn’t like at all and a honey mustard sauce. I’m telling you the caramelized onion spinach dip is EVERYTHING! Like smack ya momma good. Black bean burgers. It was huge. Way bigger than I was expecting. You hear veggie burgers and you’re thinking thin patties. Nope. Not at Broadway. Really big. I asked for provolone and they either put too much provolone it a thick ass slice of provolone. My burger legit broke apart while I was tying to cut it because the provolone would NOT cut. By the time the provolone cut my burger was a hot ass mess and I was just annoyed. I bit into it for the first time and nearly choked on the biggest piece of carrot in the burger. I mean, I seriously appreciate it being made fresh but guys please next time uniform non choking pieces. The burger also lacked flavor. There’s no meat so you really gotta up the flavor of the veggies. It just wasn’t there. So I was disappointed. The avocado relish tasted like smashed avocados and salsa mixed in. Needless to say, I only ate half of my burger. My guy ordered a chipotle aioli for his which i added to my half and it was ok but extra sauces should ADD to the burger not help it. Lol. The fries were super soggy. I ended up not eating them. The coleslaw had bits of apples in it which was good but some apple cider vinegar would’ve given it that pep it needed. The beer was actually really good. Added to my list of favs. Bill came up to $ 45 which was retry decent. The bill also said that I asked for extra cheese. Which I didn’t. 1 star for the food. 2 stars for Larry the server. He was a nice guy, attentive and really knew the menu/beers. If I ever come back. I probably won’t get a burger but I’ll try the Mac and cheese. That looks amazing.

After a lengthy karaōke session, my friends and I were eager to fill out bellies and quench our thirst. A lengthy wait time at P.F. Chang’s led us next door to Broadway Burger. The simple menu sounded sufficient, but we were ill prepared for the variety of flavors we encountered. The food was superb. I ordered a Times Square –jalapeño pepper, mozzarella cheese and avocado on a brioche bun — on a turkey burger. Chipotle aioli and a generous helping of shoestring fries were a wonderful addition to the meal. One bite and I was hooked. Some places have dry turkey burgers, but theirs was juicy and flavorful! Great service, delicious food… No complaints here.

Can’t find anything wrong with this place! Burger was amazing! Simple prime angus beef burger with peppers jack cheese, medium-well and it came out JUICY! Awesome burger place with great fries! Couldn’t have asked for a better burger! Come here! This place so nice I ate there twice! Two nights in a row. Couldn’t take a chance on another burger place knowing this one was so good. Amazing burger once again. Yum.

So friends and I almost went to Carmine’s but seeming how they lost our reservation and we are on the verge of zombie hunger, ready to eat a human face off we decided to eat here. Best decision ever. Th cucumber Cosmo was so good and our waiter was super sweet and had a good sense of humor. I had the prime burger and it was delicious. The burger was on the thicker side which I usually am not a fan of, but the burger was so good I literally didn’t even notice. Probably one of the better burgers I’ve had in a long time.

I got the burger with onion straws, cheddar cheese, and bbq with a side of cole slaw. My burger was pretty delicious but I’ve had better cole slaw. My boyfriend got the burger with roasted red peppers, spinach, and mozzarella on it which was also very tasty. He got the side of mac and cheese which I finished because it was delicious. The service was decent in the beginning, but there was a very long pause between finishing our meals and needing to be cashed out. I would say approx. 10 minutes. Our dirty plates where never cleared out of the way even after we had paid. The restaurant was not busy and had about four other tables.

With this place it seems like some people have better experiences then others, personally my experience here for lunch was very satisfying. My best friend and I each ordered burgers since we figured that a Burger Bar would be something you would wanna try a burger at. it has a pub type feel. the atmosphere was very nice, there was a lot of sports games on, it wasn’t too rowdy and this place is family friendly too. you can either eat up by the bar or eat at a table /booth. the wait time for a table was 5 minutes at most and they have very friendly waiters the menu was very extensive, they offer brunch, happy hour, desserts, shakes and of course their burgers the appetizers were great, I highly recommend the baked pretzel, quesadillas and guac with pita chips, they also have hummus platters for health conscious diners they also have decent soups and salads like French onion [it was so amazing and filling I couldn’t even finish it, tons of cheese] they also have chilli, coleslaw made with apple [it was a sweet twist but very good] they also have cobb salad, black bean salad and apples and cranberries salad as far as the burgers, all of them are 8 oz fresh angus beef, and you can customize them however you want like onions peppers mushrooms and mac and cheese, the list goes on and on for a two bucks extra, they also have turkey and veggie burgers, and option of grass fed beef I was on a diet at the time so I ordered the turkey blt, with avocado applewood bacon a turkey patty on whole wheat bun, it was amazing!!! it was filling, the flavors worked well together and it was juicy I also was able to get sweet potato fries instead of plain fries, it was so worth the extra few dollars my best friend got the times square burger, it did not disappoint for 15 dollars, it was a bit spicy with pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, avocadoes and jalapenos majority of the burgers ranged from 14 – 17, and they even have cute sliders for 13 aside from burgers they do offer crab cake or chicken sandwiches, grilled salmon dishes, rib dishes and organic roasted chicken I think the most popular item on their menu would be the extensive mac and cheese dishes, from applewood bacon mac and cheese, short rib mac and cheese, or the lobster mac and cheese I didn’t try their yummy malt shakes or floats, so I have yet to write about them, they looked great though, large enough to share for two overall you will end up spending 20 – 35 bucks here a person, and they take cash and credit cards, I cant wait to return here at my next stay to try more items on the menu

So … I decided to give it another try, because the other person I’m working with had eaten there 5 nights in a row. First review … Friday night we were in a hurry, but instead of getting take out … We ate in the restaurant. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating, as we had a limited amount of time. Our food came out quickly and … It was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly(I ordered it medium rare). Seasoned perfectly. For this experience? I would’ve easily raised my rating. Second review … Sunday night I placed an order for take out, as it was 10:30pm and they were closing at 11pm. I went to pick up my order at 10:45pm. Saw my co-worker leaving. He hadn’t called ahead and was unable to place and order. They had already closed the kitchen. I received my order and walked back to my room. When I opened my order? They hadn’t given me any fries. Started to eat the burger. Overcooked.(Well done and had ordered medium rare). I called to let them know that they had gotten my order wrong. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the manager said they would redo my whole order. I go back. Pick it up. Walk home again. Open the container. The burger is cold. The cheese isn’t even melted. The burger is not medium rare. It’s not even rare. It’s raw. I actually pulled out hunks of raw, uncooked hamburger meat from the center. So, for my second review … Much thanks and praise to the girl at the front and the manager. Exceptional customer service. For the kitchen staff? WTF?! Beyond lazy. Just flat out negligence. Not only was the burger bad and not cooked properly … They are going to make someone sick. $ 25 for two inedible orders. I would’ve raised my review to 5 stars based on Friday nights experience, but after Sunday nights experience? I would give zero stars if possible. While I appreciate the amazing customer service … And I was thoroughly impressed with my meal on Friday … There is a level of inconsistency that isn’t just disappointing. It’s flat out dangerous.

Nice low key spot in the Tropicana. There was a band playing it wast intrusive just enjoyable. Our waiter was helpful without hovering and the atmosphere was great. As the name suggests they specialize in burgers. Me and my girlfriend shared the road house burger and the fish taco appetizer it was the perfect amount of food to soak up all the wet willies we had earlier. No complaints about anything here

I really do miss Red Square. This is the place that took over that spot in Tropicana’s Quarter section. It is just what it says it is, a burger place, where the burgers are named after things in NYC… not AC, or maybe Havana(being in the Quarter and all). We went a little later than we would have liked. It was about 9pm and I guess they were closing at 10, but nobody said anything to us. We started with the short rib mac and cheese, which was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful. The pasta was cheesy and wonderful. We both decided on the Off Broadway Burger, which is a bacon, egg and cheese burger. It was cooked how we wanted it, the bacon and egg were fine, but the burger itself was nothing special. As we were finishing up, the waiter just dropped off the check and said we could get our drinks to go. I was a bit confused, until I saw him getting his stuff ready to leave. I mean, you could have told us nicely, we would have gone elsewhere, it was no big deal. They have a good selection of craft beers. It’s clean. The employees may need to take a service refresher course, but all in all, it’s just ok.

Honestly, the best thing about staying at TRYP by Wyndham just across the street is i had all the benefits of a big-ass casino without having to actual stay there(because we all know those casinos are one blinking light away from inducing vertigo… but i digress.) I was a naughty carnivore this trip to AC. In addition to a filet at The Palm(yum, also at the Trop) I hit this upscale burger/bar joint. Smart choice. The service was deft and thoughtful and the staff worked well as a team. My meal was a house burger special w/FF and small salad. I also ordered a black & white malt as well which came out without the malt(boo!) but was still pretty darn delicious. Restroom was spotless and very comfortable. Not sure if I liked the TVs or not, but they’re there… lots of ‘em. I’ll be back. Hope the Trop will be there too. Service: 4 stars Food: 4 stars Etc: 4 stars

Came here New Years day in the evening, so we didn’t run into much of a crowd. We got a pretzel appetizer. They didn’t have the large pretzel they normally serve so they substituted 3 smaller soft pretzels. It was absolutely perfect. The pretzels were warm and the texture was perfect(crunchy crust and soft dough). It comes with 3 sauces: honey mustard, carmelized onion and crab dip. the honey mustard was my favorite. The other two were okay but there was just a little too much cream cheese. I didn’t taste any crab in the crab dip. I got a Cobb salad for my entrée. It was good, but I feel like you can never mess up a salad. He got a turkey burger with tomato, cheddar, lettuce, bacon and guacamole. It was just a little overdone. The fries were good. We had a very polite waiter, but too polite that he didn’t check up on us enough. It wasn’t an issue because we didn’t ever need much. It didn’t knock my socks off, but overall good place! I would want to go back and try a milkshake next time.

My wife and I came to this establishment mainly because of the convenience and we were hungry and wanted some brunch food. When we entered, we were greeted by a hostess who was very nice and welcoming who also escorted us to our server. Not to long after sitting my wife and I was soon greeted by our server, who was also nice, patient, and accomodating. He proceeded to tell us about their regular and brunch menu. The brunch menu is what we ended up using to order. Wife — Broadway Omelet Me — Bananas Foster French Toast All in all we thought our meals were just okay, nothing special at all, and the temperature of the food was not as hot as it should have been. I mean we could have sent it back for them to heat up but sometimes it isn’t worth the hassle, which is how we felt on this day. Will we go back again? Meh. if we do decide to go back maybe it will be during their dinner hours to try their evening items. Sorry to say that the brunch items didn’t quite sell my wife and I. Although the food looked good, the taste and temperature didn’t quite match that.
