Brighthouse has cleaned our home twice and have done a phenomenal job. They staff are professional and friendly. They are always curteous if you are there while they clean, and I feel confident and trust them to come when we need to leave and run errands as well! With a toddler we prefer to use green cleaning and love that we can be confident that the house will shine AND is safe for our entire family! They are flexible with dates and times, and will do a general cleaning, or focus on certain rooms/​items if you prefer. The price is comprable with other cleaning companies and they have great specials as well! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

This crew shows up and doesn’t haul in paper towels and tons of cleaners. Just a few natural good ones — and all reusable cloths. They are dressed nicely and don’t wear their shoes in your house! My house doesn’t smell like a chemical dump when I come home — just clean! And it looks clean too. They do an excellent job! Love them.

My husband and I have a German Shepherd and both work out of the house. It was really important for us to have a cleaning service that we felt comfortable letting into our house while we were gone and also one where we didn’t have to crate our dog all day. After trying two different chains in Jacksonville with bad experiences, we were happy to find a housekeeper that was the same person week over week and also didn’t make us crate our dog Reagan. We LOVE our cleaner and so does Reagan. If I need to reschedule or leave notes about areas to focus on, I don’t have to call the Brighthouse and can just log on to their website and access my account. I never thought I had strong feelings about a cleaning company, but we love Brighthouse!

My wife and I were very pleased with the attention to detail. We recently found that our son has allergies, bad. Brighthouse did great in helping to eliminate dust with their HEPA equipment, cleaning solutions and micro-​fiber towels. They are very open to talking about what we need in our home. It is nice to walk in and see the housekeeper cleaning in areas that wouldn’t normally be touched. We highly recommend their service, especially if you have an eye for detail.
