I had some time to kill while my friend was working out and went here for the convenience of the location. At first, I was turned off and was ready to head out the door since the mail worker was more concerned with soaking his feet than attending to me. There was one client being worked on by the female worker and he just sat for about ten minutes ignoring me. The water wasn’t hot but as soon as I was ready to go, the female worker came to me. She was the saving grace. Friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Finally, when another client came in, the male worker got up and set up his pedicure but I’m almost positive it was because it was near closing time. The male worker shaped my nails and then headed back to soak his feet. My total bill was $ 28. $ 20 for the pedicure and $ 8 for polish change. Would I go back? No. But if you’re in an absolute rush, this could work for you.

This place was horrible. First of all they are under staff which is always a bad sign. The brand of there nail polishes are not even real respectable brands. They are cheap and chip quick. They will quote you 5 – 10 mins to wait and you end up waiting 20 – 30. I will never go back here again and don’t recommend anyone going. From the previous reviews I’m not alone on this one.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! First issue, the young lady doing my pedicure asks me if I want callus removal. If so, it’s $ 5 extra. I have never been to a salon that doesn’t include this. Really? with all the salons out there, they’re going to charge extra!!! I’ve already decided that I’m never going back to this place. Later, while my nails are drying, the young man doing a manicure at the desk across from me starts coughing with mouth open directly in my direction. YUCK!!! He continues to cough like this. Later, he sneezed openly-just turns his head, no covering of the mouth, nothing. GROSS!!! Finally, when the girl helped me put my sandals back on, the nail polish got smudged, but I wanted to get out of there so bad, I didn’t even think of going back. Worst $ 30 bucks ever spent.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had the experiences listed here in the reviews, I was actually quite shocked. I always go to Kent for my nails and he does them perfect every time. Whatever shape you want he can achieve which has been very difficult for me to find with other salons. I don’t know about anyone else there but go to Kent! He’s one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been too and I travel ALOT. Ask for Kent, I’m VERY picky and he’s the only person I let on my nails.(I’ll let anyone do my pedicure) hehehe ;)

Wish I had checked Unilocal before going to this place. Just got a manicure. Just horrible… not clean, poor detail and terribly expensive for just a manicure. I had not had a manicure hurt until today. Stay away.

Ghetto. Do not go there. Do not go there. Do not go there. If you read their«menu» of options, you’d think you were in an upscale spa. Supposedly you’re supposed to be given something to drink(champaign was listed, but I don’t think I’d drink from any glass in that place) but we were offered nothing. Wadded up newspaper between my toes? Seriously? Workers were yelling at each other while they massaged our feet. Awesome. Totally relaxing… Then, when we went to pay they tried to add on additional services. Do not go there. I can’t believe they stay in business.

Oh God, I wish I had recalled this was the place Rebecca O reviewed. After my massage at Elements across the way, I decided to pop in for a pedi. Brusk and quasi-rude customer service/greeting. Everyone’s on those stupid earbud phone things, so you can never tell if someone’s talking to you or not. They were pretty rough with my feet, so it wasn’t very relaxing and almost painful. Oh, and they gouged me $ 27 plus tip for this wonderful service.

H O R R I B L E! Caution: infection and an atrocious/offensive manicure will most likely result from a visit to this poorly decorated and unkempt location. Under NO circumstances should the following words or phrases be used in association with this place: VIP, Nails, Spa, VIP Nails, VIP Nails N, VIP Nails N Spa. My manicurist was picking food out of his teeth with his super long, nasty fingernail before he began to destroy my nails. So disgusting and nauseating! Don’t worry, I washed my hands four times after the massacre.
