First visit was attended by assistant manager J Neal on 12/15/2015, the store was full and he was multi-tasking in the cash register as well as attending customers, he took the watch verified the worth, gave me some papers to sign charged me and asked me if I could pick up the watch same time tomorrow. The following day 12/16/2015, same assistant manager told me and«You left in such a hurry I was not able to tell you that you needed to take the bottom part off of the watch first.» So, I went up to the watch repair center and paid to have the bottom(back) part taken off. As I returned to the store I told Mr. Neal that I did not appreciate him blaming the customer saying that I left in a hurry when he failed to tell me the back needed removed. After telling him I wasn’t the one in a hurry, Mr. Neal’s instant response in a very aggressive manner was«do you want a refund?» my response was that«I wanted the service that I paid for done». Mr. Neal proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me that«I will not disrespect him» and that I need to speak to him with respect and states«are we clear»? At this time the customers and employees in the store stopped what they were doing and were looking at us. I advised I was not raising my voice to him, and I was not using inappropriate language either, and I did not see how I was disrespecting him. I asked Mr. Neal to speak to his manager; at this point I got no response from him. I told him he really shouldn’t treat customers that way and asked him for his name, again no response from him, I asked what he was doing, and got no response from him. After a few minutes he told me to sign on the POS terminal and handed me the bag. I was so upset that I left the store in tears, came back to my office and my boss actually had to get involved because I had never experienced something so disrespectful and inappropriate from anyone. I work in auto insurance claims and I am continually telling people things they don’t want to hear, I have been cussed out and called every name in the book, yet I have never felt the level of disrespect that I felt in your Cumberland Mall store today. Upon review of the receipts that were in my bag I do see that Mr. Neal refunded the cost of the engraving and actually completed the engraving as well. He refused to speak to me about what he was doing, and ignored al my request of asking him his name as well, I had to read it off his name plate. I am sure your stores have some sort of surveillance that you can review this interaction. I trust that the appropriate measures will be taken to prevent this from happening in the future, as I believe this person needs to be sat down and taught how to treat other human beings. I feel humiliated and I hope no other customer has to go through this.

Nice Place and great collections as well. Some of the items seems to be bit overpriced. Staffs are nice. its a very good place for personal engravings. definitely suggest.
