I am sitting at the bar of The Pecan at airport in Atlanta and I tell you these black women who are working right now are damn rude. The hostess named Michelle needs her ass kicked right now. Sad ass black woman.

Airport bar. We apparently arrived during a shift change because the outgoing bartender was more interested in closing out than doing anything else. The manager didn’t seem interested in much of anything — least of all getting a bank for the incoming bartender who could only ring up credit card purchases because she had no means of making change. The incoming bartender — a woman whose name I did not catch — was doing her best to salvage a customer-service disaster. I must say, though, this place had some great beer. In particular, they had Southern Pecan from Lazy Magnolia.

Small & Simple near the end of the terminal. No food, and a tight space. Drinks are pricey, but what do you expect for an airport. There’s a single TV and the service is inconsistent.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and the pecan shrimp salad was actually dang good. Well prepared and fresh. They have a full bar as well. So they hit all the right marks for me.

1st time here and I loved it! Had the brisket panini and it was SO good! Ask for some extra napkins, but it’s worth it!

I only had their Carmel Apple Martini and it was amazing! I’m not a big martini person but this one was really good and well made. Way overpriced though.

Ordered the grilled breakfast penini sandwich which only had egg yolk for the egg portion. I asked for a remake of the sandwich with great results. On a positive note their home fries are 5 stars…

There was no line and an outlet was open so I had a drink here. I wouldn’t come back if the other bars were open. Service was rude and not attentive

Best part was it was next to our gate. People are not very personable and honestly don’t care about what you say .when we went to order it was«ya ya» and walk off… next time it’s worth the walk down a lil further… just got our bill… WTF…ordered 2 single redbull vodka 19.95…total joke…

Not a bad place what I liked most is its convenience and location to my terminal. This is my first time with Southwest Airlines and I like they had food and shops all the way to the end of the terminal which seem to always be where my flights depart. I was offered a Bloody Mary which they claim are the best but it’s was 8:30 in the morning and it wasn’t that kind of day. However everyone else had a Bloody Mary or alcoholic beverage of some sort. I only ordered the spicy chicken flat bread which was ok but I am accustomed to flat bread being a little thinner and crispier. This was more like the thickness of puta bread or nan and a little doughy. It was a good sized portion and average flavor. The service was a sweet young lady. It’s nothing over the top or spectacular but will help get you filled while traveling from one airport to the next.
