I’d give this place one star, except the doctor is nice and very efficient. Otherwise, though, I can’t wait to take my prescription elsewhere. I have consistently had issues with actually acquiring my contacts in time unless I am talking to the doctor in person. I moved to Colorado recently, so I ordered contacts by phone. I paid the extra ~$ 15 for shipping, gave my address, paid. 8DAYS later, I get a phone call: «Your contacts are ready to pick up!» Haven’t heard anything else, still no contacts(it’s now been 10 days since I ordered them). They should have immediately offered to expedite me a few pairs, or told me exactly when they would be here, or something??? This place used to not suck, but now it sucks.

Going into the store and getting help picking out frames, etc, was a great experience. After the fact, however, things went downhill. For starters, my scratch resistant lenses, weren’t so scratch resistant. When I emailed them about it, they said they would follow up with me. They didn’t. I called. No one called me back. When I finally got around to calling them for another reason, I mentioned the exchanges that occurred before, and they said that since so much time had passed, they couldn’t do anything for me. Of course. So, I asked that they send me my contacts Rx, so I could order contacts through 1−800-contacts. They sent me the incorrect Rx. I called them back, and they sent me the wrong one again. At this point they said they would only fax it to me(which I do not understand). I had 1−800-contacts deal with them and that seemed to work. Not my cup of tea.

Just as another reviewer noted, when you need to count on them to get records to another Optician, they fall flat on their face. Anyone can give good service when you come into their store and spend $ 1600 on frames and lenses, it takes bonafide Customer Service to help after the sale. They need serious work on this.

I like the doctor. They have an excellent selection of designer glasses which of course means they are more expensive than other places.

Absolutely the most delightful experience from the time I entered the store until I received my glasses. Lee, the manager, overheard me saying that due to my extremely poor vision I needed the best lenses I could get. She recommended the Ipseo progressive lenses which were customized to me and my preferences. They are all and more than she promised. I have never seen so well and my night vision is greatly improved. I am thrilled and am a customer for life’

I have only had one small visit here but what I did experience was great. The people who worked there were very friendly and even let me take a test pair with me to show my wife who was shopping elsewhere. My glasses came as I purchaced them and in the ammount of time they said they would. No complaints here. I think they are in the new merchants walk now.
