I was surprised to see such low reviews. I thought I had great service. Very fast and accurate. They were friendly and my food came to me quickly. I would eat here again if I have more time in the airport.

This T.G.I. Friday’s is located inside of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport by Gate T4. We stopped in here for dinner before boarding our respective flights home. We both ordered the Pecan crusted chicken salad over mixed greens. The food came out within 10 minutes and was relatively tasty. We both must have been hungry because we polished off every last bit of our salads. The place was incredibly busy and we had to wait about 5 minutes for a table when we arrived as all of the tables were occupied and then when one opened up, the hostess hustled to get someone to bus and clean the table. I’d eat here again.

My server Eve was great. Very attentive and took great care of me quickly. The hostess was trying to seat people quickly, however she didn’t pay attention to anything anyone said other than the number in their party. The bartenders struggle to pay attention to the customers because they spend so much time kibitzing. My soup was tepid at best. Salad was great, but it’s hard to screw up a salad. Not a very good Friday’s. Other than Eva.

Every time I stop in I get a Newcastle and the the Jack sliders. Consistently good and while I’m not usually a pickle fan, the dill slices(Kaiser pickles, I had to ask) are crisp and fresh. Hard to go wrong if this fits your palate and you’re looking for a quick in and out.

The food was NOT good but as expected for a TGIFriday! I actually hate this franchise but the airline lost our luggage and we had to wait a while so we just took the edge off with a quick dinner at the most convenient location. But if you can please take the train to any other Concorse and dine somewhere else

The sanitation of this establishment is seriously concerning. They were running low on wine glasses(the bartenders were openly complaining to the servers about it), and when they got an empty one back, I watched them dip it in a standing pool of water in the sink, shake it, dip it again, shake it, and then proceed to serve wine in it. I’m pretty sure some of the bubbles in their drinks were from dish washing detergent that wasn’t adequately rinsed out. The service was mediocre(it’s clear the bartenders are running around and doing their best, but it’s an airport, and there are a LOT of people coming through), and they should think about upstaffing.

I’m actually a pretty big fan of the TGI Friday’s brand but not this particular location. I think they’ve done a nice job in recent years sort of reinventing themselves. This Friday’s is located in Terminal T and there aren’t many options(sit down) in this terminal so this place gets packed. Be prepared to wait, but I will say they did a good job with the time they quoted us. When I go to Friday’s, one of the meals I get is the Chipotle Yucatan Chicken salad which I ordered here. I really like this salad. Well, when it was delivered, it was not in good shape. The avocado was way too brown and there were some not too good looking pieces of lettuce. I didn’t have time to send it back so I kind of just picked at what I could. I rarely don’t finish my meal but I couldn’t finish this one. It really should not have been served. It just wasn’t fresh. So, it wasn’t the best dining experience but you win some and you lose some. I lost on this one. One thing I was surprised about was that the prices aren’t jacked up for being in an airport. Service was fine throughout the meal. The meal just wasn’t fine.

Thanks Kennita for your great customer service!!! I tried their Crispy Green Beans from the starters section of the menu; greasy but good with ketchup!!! Best regards, David B.

Just horrid. I feel like this one is a little too easy. I would like to say that the service is decent, but it really doesn’t save this place. Ordered the All-American Stack burger with no cheese. For nearly 14 bucks, you expect a decent burger. What I got was two paper thin, dry, McDonalds facsimile burgers. The peppered bacon was hard enough to break your teeth, and the roughage was pretty substandard. The fries were decent, if not heavily over seasoned. I’m wondering if their salt and pepper shakes in the kitchen actually have tops installed. We won’t get fooled again.-1

Took the waitress 15 minutes to bring out my drink and when she did, it had hair in it. Eww. She was friendly but wouldn’t stop there again

This is horrible. Not busy at all and took 10 minutes to get a server’s attention and finally bet some water. 20 minutes in, still no food. Again, it’s not a busy place at all.

The only time you’ll find me eating at a Friday’s is when I’m stuck in an airport and there are no other options. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how good my turkey burger & fries were! The hostess & server took good care of me too.

Normally I don’t post reviews of chain restaurants, because you pretty much know what to expect, but this airport terminal Friday’s stood out to me! Mostly because of the bartender Katherine! She was OUTSTANDING!!! she remembered mine & my husbands names and was so good & sweet to us! Definitely NOT what you typically get at an airport restaurant. So, I just wanted to point her out and hope that she gets recognition! She was also on top of our drinks and food. We had the sampler appetizer plate and it was good! Once again, impressed by it being in an airport. Even for chain restaurants in airports, there usually not that grand, but this was good! Giving it 4 stars though because it still wasn’t what I would give 5 stars, but still a good shout out for service. Everyone seemed like good, hard workers!!!

If you have a tight connection I would go somewhere else. Service was fine just not the sense of urgency you would expect in an airport restaurant. Food is typical TGIFridays fare

Going through the motions friendly servers. Busboys chatting constantly. Helper brought the wrong order to me. Receipt handed to me, then server asked if i wanted Dessert. Someone needs to retrain tgese people to do more than just smile and be polite. It is costing them business. I probably would have had a second drink if I was asked about it and i might have had dessert if tgs check wasn’t already on the table. Not many choices for the T gates, but this one goes to the bottom of the list. As for the food, another joke. A Jack Daniels burger is simply a burger and a side of Jack Daniels Sauce. It isn’t cooked with any sauce to give it flavor. Fries were OK, but nothing special.

It’s an airport bar. Tall beers were only $ 6 – 7, so not a complete rip off considering.

The waitress was a little bit inattentive. I ordered pork rib but I didn’t like it, indeed that was my first try with pork rib and peobably it’s not my taste!

Typical TGIF in the T Gates at ATL. Nothing special about the food, but the servers are very friendly and attentive.

There are several TGI Fridays at the ATL airport. I’ve visited the on on T terminal several times. The service has always been reasonably quick, but largely inattentive to needy customers with plans to stay put for a while. They seem to be on a polite auto pilot set for those customers who are on a tight schedule, stopping in for one drink or a simple bite to eat. If you’re high maintenance or will need a lot of attention and plan to stay awhile, try a restaurant on another terminal.

One of a handful of TGIFs at the Atlanta Airport, this one is typically less busy as the T Concourse is the smallest of the terminals. Standard TGIF menu which is worth noting at its airport locations. Why? The menu prices are the same as at their regular non-airport ocations. Simply put, their prices are not inflated 30−40% like many eateries just because you’re stuck inside the airport. The Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad I had was awesome. My work colleagues had burgers and sandwiches that looked as good as ever. Great service by our waitress Wendy. In fact, all the folks working here are very friendly, great smiles and very welcoming. Lots of choices for food among the terminals, but for the T Concourse, this location of Friday’s is probably thr best place for all around quality, variety and great service.
