Even though they are closed on Saturday. I spoke with a gentleman on Saturday who advised me of their services rates & what to expect when tech comes out. Very friendly & infomative. They called me first thing Monday morning & was to my home in less than 15mins after phone call. Tech finished service request quickly & efficiently. He even offered to fix a minor issue with a door that wasn’t locking properly! Thanks a bunch. I truly appreciate your service professionalism! When you have a newborn and you’re up during the wee hours of the night, you have plenty of time to think about how to make your home more secure. I called Taylor Security because I wanted to have a kick plate added to our front door. They were out the next morning and completed the door reinforcement within an hour. I was very pleased with their no-​nonsense approach and reasonable pricing. If you have any security or locksmith needs, I definitely recommend Taylor Security.

Taylor Security was a great choice I found on Unilocal.I needed several locks changed and to fix the damage to one of the lock mechanisms. After calling around to several places, Taylor Security had the most reasonable prices (about 50% cheaper than one alternative). I called one afternoon and had an appointment for 8:30 the next morning! The locksmith showed up on time, was courteous and friendly, and got right to work. After about an hour, all my locks were changed, the sticking deadbolt was fixed, and he cut several extra spare keys right from the van. I highly recommend Taylor Security for all your locksmith needs!

Highly recommended… Didn’t know about Taylor Security until this morning when the dog and I were locked outside in the cold with a dead deadbolt. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive in diagnosing my issue over the phone and very fast in their response time. They were at my door twenty five minutes after I hung up the phone and had me home, with my new shiny, functional, lock installed in about twenty minutes more. I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews, so when I do it is due to a particularly strong motivation. Taylor Security is one of those companies I would wish all were like; responsive, friendly, reasonably priced. In short; great experience. Highly recommended.
