The Swarovski brand is regal, timeless and elegant. This location really captures everything the brand is built on. It is located on the upper level of Lenox mall (the more «luxury» end of the mall) between Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales in the heart of prestigious Buckhead, where the best shopping is found. Their clientele mostly include the elite international and celebrity customers, but they are also great if you are just stopping in to pick up a little sparkle for yourself or a gift! They really put customer service first and make your shopping a five star luxury experience. It is recently under new management and the staff is so friendly and inviting!
This location has the most inventory to choose from in the area (including a Men’s section & Sunglasses!) and is a larger store than most. They have AMAZING figurines ranging from cute to extravagant. They also have GORGEOUS jewelry for every occasion! You cannot go wrong with Swarovski Lenox!

That’s the most I can give .The staff is rude, no package for Mother’s Day, no gift on May 5^th like the website said .Do not choose this Swarovski, go some other Swarovski

I’ve visited this location a few times — very interested in making a purchase. I was turned off by the cold arrogance of staff. I couldn’t tell if the lady was just arrogant or annoyed, just having a bad day. But they were having a girls’ night out with little cupcakes, which I didn’t have but I thought it was a nice gesture. Maybe they’re making an effort to be cordial.

My sister has told me about this new stardust collection bracelets. Went in to check out, find it hard to believe they do not have any «small» size stardust bracelet in store. Being located inside Lenox Square mall, the store should have better inventory.
Staff was not rude but just like whatever attitude. She said the double bracelet is like the small single bracelet. I really don’t think so. It looked more like 2 single mediums to me. I know, I can go on and on but most people who read this review will not understand what I am talking about. Stardust? Bracelet? Single? Double?
Key factors which contribute to this review: Lack of inventory, lackluster staffs, awful display of those stardust bracelets, lovely display of other merchandise.
